摘要： PURPOSE:To introduce easily prestress by a method wherein an arcuate tunnel liner in which unbonded prestressing steels are embedded in the circumferential direction is assembled into a cylindrical shape and thereafter the steels are connected together in the form of ring and tension is imparted thereto. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of prestressed concrete tunnel liners 1 are assembled into a ring-like shape. Next the ends of unbonded prestressing steels 2 are connected together in an opening 3 at the connecting ends of the liners 1 by means of a connection coupler, following which one of the openings 3 is used as an opening for introducing prestress into the steels 2. And a sleeve 11 having a serrated outer surface and made of radially expandable elastic material is fixed to the end of the material 2. Further the sleeve 11 is inserted into the coupler 15 by means of a jack 22 to engage the serrated portion of the sleeve 11 with the serrated portion provided in the coupler 15, thereby introducing prestress. As a result, when a vertical load is applied, distribution of bending moments is rationalized and hence strength is enhanced, and watertightness is improved and construction can be facilitated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reasonably embed a gas pipe through which fuel gas having a pressure of about 1 to 10kg/cm flows. SOLUTION: A gas pipe A is formed in such a way that an inner pipe 2 such as a steel pipe is fitted in an outer pipe such as a vinyl chloride pipe, a polyethylene pipe, a synthetic resin pipe or a steel pipe, and holding members are interposed between the outer and inner pipes so as to define a gap therebetween. The gap pipe A is caused to follow an excavator for excavating the natural ground or a guide machine B for compacting the natural ground so as to form a tunnel, and a base pusher C laid in a vertical shaft D applies a thrust force to the inner pipe 2 so as to advance the inner pipe 2 from the vertical shaft D to a destination vertical shaft E. Each time when a single gas pipe A is advanced, a new inner pipe 2 is welded and connected to the inner pipe 2 in thus advanced gas pipe A, and accordingly, the outer pipes 1 are made to abut against each other so as to repeat the advance of the outer pipes 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay a pipeline by conforming an axial center to a predetermined laying line without damaging a groove by installing a soft abutting ring with a tapered surface corresponding to the groove for welding in a pipe end section to a push ring of a pipe-jacking device and jacking the push ring. SOLUTION: A V-shaped groove 2 for welding, to which a groove surface 2a having an area sufficiently larger than a root face 2b is formed, is shaped at the end section of a pipe 1. A pipe-jacking device A is mounted on a departure pit B, a leader is placed on the rail 3a of a frame 3 first, and the pipe 1 is jacked to a bedrock by a push ring 4, from which an abutting ring 6 is removed, by driving a jack 5. The push ring 4 is pulled back, and the batting ring 6 comprising a material softer than steel, coinciding with a predetermined laying line and having a tapered surface corresponding to the tapered surface 2a of the pipe 1 is set up and the pipe 1 is jacked. After the pipe 1 is jacked, the push ring 4 is pulled back, the new pipe 1 is placed on the rail 3a, and the pipes 1 are welded and connected while oppositely facing the mutual grooves 2 for welding and advance. The operation is repeated, and the axial center of the pipe 1 is conformed to the predetermined laying line and a pipeline is formed.

The current pulse width 123 is obtained based on the measured pulse welding current 13, and by detecting either of the case where the current pulse width is larger than the predetermined upper limit value, or the case where the ratio of the current pulse width to the commanded pulse width is larger than the predetermined upper limit value, the dullness of the current pulse waveform is detected (133), and when the dullness is detected, the torch is controlled to be lowered in the direction of the pipe surface.
