    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain leaking water from a primary covering concrete side, and prevent a primary lining concrete from cracking by a method wherein on a permeable sheet base body comprising of a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric, a large number of cylindrical cushioning bodies comprising of an elastic body, which go through in the thickness direction, are dispersed. SOLUTION: On a permeable sheet base body 2 comprising of a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric, a large number of cylindrical cushioning bodies 3 comprising of an elastic body, which go through in the thickness direction, are dispersed while making them apart from each other by a specified interval. In this case, the flat surface shape of these cushioning bodies 3 can be formed into an appropriate shape such as circle or asterisk. The woven fabric or the non-woven fabric to form the permeable sheet base body 2 is preferably selected from a polyolefin based fiber, a polyvinyl chloride based fiber, and a polyvinyl alcohol based fiber, etc. Also, as the elastic body to form the cushioning body 3, silicone rubber wherein an elastic modulus can be widely designed, of which the compression permanent strain is small, and of which the repeated compression restoring property is favorable, is especially favorable.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the functional trouble, spark trouble and IC destruction of a motor due to the temp rise of the motor caused by the heat insulating properties of conventional damping rubber. CONSTITUTION:As the damping rubber member between metal substrates 2,3, silicone rubber 4 with volume resistivity of 1X10 OMEGA.cm or less and heat conductivity of 0.7X10 cal/cm.sec. deg.C or more is used. Since volume resistivity is relatively low, static electricity can be efficiently guided to earth without being accumulated. This damping rubber member can efficiently diffuse generated heat and can prevent local overheating and is excellent in damping properties and can obtain good damping effect. Therefore, the damping rubber member is excellent in damping capacity and sound insulating capacity and also excellent in heat diffusion capacity and electric conductivity and, as a result, high capacity damping rubber not bringing about problems such as the functional trouble of a motor due to the overheating of the motor or the spark trouble and IC destruction of the motor due to the accumulation of static electricity is provided.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a conductive silicone rubber formed article by a method in which unvulcanized insulating organopolysiloxane composition is caused to adhere to a conductive silicone rubber cured article, and they are heated and pressurized. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized insulating organopolysiloxane composition which is composed of alkenyl group-containing organopholysiloxane organohydrogenpolysiloxane, platinum catalyst and organic peroxide, and has the volume resistivity of 10 OMEGA-cm or more, is caused to adhere to the conductive silicone rubber cured object having the volume resistivity of 10 -10 OMEGA-cm. The conductive silicone rubber and an insulating silicone rubber are integrally formed by heating and pressurizing, and thus, a formed article is obtained. By such method, while the conductive silicone rubber cured article and the insulating silicone rubber cured article adhere to each other firmly, the consumption of the expensive platinum catalyst may be reduced. Since the interruption to vulcanization due to oxygen does not occur, the formed article having excellent surface vulcanization-property and less tackiness can be obtained.
