摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency of a primary coil and a secondary coil. SOLUTION: A primary coil unit 60 and a secondary coil unit 20 are constituted by winding conducting pipes 34, 24 around both cores 33, 21. A supply pipe 42 installed in a charging power cable 40 is directly connected with the conducting pipe 34 of the primary coil unit 60 hous in a charging coupler 30. A linkage pipe 27 is linked with the conducting pipe 24 of the secondary coil unit 20. A male joint 28 is fixed to the end portion of the linkage pipe 27. When the charging couple 30 is set in an acceptor part 12, the male joint 28 is linked with a female joint 39 installed in the coupler 30, and so linked with the conducting pipe 42 installed in a charging power cable 40. Thereby the primary and the secondary coil units can be cooled only with a cooling equipment installed in a charger.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency of a coil. SOLUTION: A primary coil 32 is constituted by winding a conducting pipe 34 around a primary side core 33. Cooling water is circulated in the conducting pipe 34, and cooled by a radiator 52 in a charging power source 50. A core line of a charging power cable 40 is connected with both ends of the conducting pipe 34 via current-carrying terminals 37, and excites the primary coil 32. Refrigerant flows in a charging coupler 30 through a refrigerant circulation path. The heat generated in the coupler 30 is eliminated to the outside of a connector by the refrigerant, and dissipated by a radiating means. Cooled refrigerant flows again to cool the charging coupler 30, passing the refrigerant circulation path.

SOLUTION: A layer insulation layer 42 is formed in the outer circumference of an inner core wire 41 formed by bundling litz wires 46, and a outer core wire 43 formed by spirally winding litz wires 58 is arranged in the outer circumference of the layer insulation layer 42. Coolant pipes 48, 49 for circulating a coolant are spirally arranged in parallel together with the litz wires 58 constituting the outer core wire 43 to form a charging cable 40. The charging cable 40 is arranged between an outside high frequency power supply and a charging coupler. During charging of an electric vehicle, the coolant is circulated through the coolant pipes 48, 49, and even if a coil and a core generate heat, they are quickly cooled.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic coupler for charging for an electric motorcar which improves the abrasion resistance at the coupling face between primary and secondary cores, when supplying the charger with power, making use of electromagnetic induction. SOLUTION: A primary core 1 is made in E section by ferrite, and a center projection 12 and a peripheral projection 13 are projected. On the other hand, a secondary core 4 on opposite side is made in the same constitution, and a magnetic circuit is constituted by coupling them such that the fellow coupling faces (12A and 14A, and 13A and 15A) of the tips of the projections butt each other. Coating layers 3 and 6 by titanium carbonate are provided at the surface of each coupling face 12A, 14A, 13A, and 15A. Therefore, the cores 1 and 4 are prevented from abutting directly on each other.

SOLUTION: To a disk 34 furnishing movable electrodes 36 and a fuse 43 connected between both movable electrodes 36, a pair of locking projection pieces 50 are formed at the symmetric positions of the outer periphery. A casing 24 is covered on a base board fixing a fixed electrode, and an upper and a lower inward collars 51 and 52 to support the disk 34 turnable by holding the disk 34 at the center are formed. To the lower collar 52, a pair of cutting holes 53 are formed at the non-conforming positions. When the casing 24 is pulled up in the non-conforming condition of the locking projection pieces 50 and the cutting holes 53, the disk 34 is pulled up and the movable electrodes 36 is pulled out of the fixed electrode, so as to cut off between wires. When the disk 34 is turned to the position where the locking projection pieces 50 are conformed to the cutting holes 53 in a state of removing the casing 24, the disk 34 is removed, and the fuse 43 can be replaced.

Also, when a power feeding connector 30 is touched in the course of charging, since a touch sensor is operated for a sensor switch 31 to be switched on, the door chime 14 is rung similarly to the foregoing case.
