摘要： The embodiments described herein provide a method for operating a video signal network. The method comprises: providing a video signal router having a plurality of input ports for receiving input video signals and a plurality of output ports for transmitting a plurality of output video signals and wherein the router has a plurality of monitorable router status conditions; providing a router control system for controlling the configuration of the router; defining, in the router control system, a plurality of predetermined states, wherein each of the predetermined states comprises at least one condition from the group consisting of: one or more signal conditions relating to one or more of the input and output video signals; and one or more router conditions relating to one or more of the monitorable status conditions; for each of the states, defining at least one action; configuring the video signal router to couple at least some of the input ports to at least some of the output ports; monitoring at least some of the input and output video signals and at least some of the router status conditions; in response to the monitored input and output video signals and router status conditions corresponding to one of the predetermined states, transmitting a notification message to the router control system; and initiating an action corresponding to the transmitted notification message.

Some routing systems include a crosspoint switch or switching fabric for coupling input ports to output ports, allowing an input signal received at one of the input ports to be transported to one or more of the output ports. The systems may include aggregation or compression modules to allow multiple input signals to be combined into one or more compressed signals, which may be converted into optical signals for transmission to a communication network. In some embodiments, the communication network may include a packet switched router which extracts some of the input signals from the optical signals and produced corresponding packetized signals that are coupled to output ports. Some routing system may include only a packet switched router. Some routing systems may be configured to receive compressed or aggregated signals and to decompress or deaggregate such signals to form individual signals as output signals.

The nanocrystals described herein have small (1-10 nm) particle size with minimal aggregation and can be synthesized with high yield. The capping agents on the as-synthesized nanocrystals as well as nanocrystals which have undergone cap exchange reactions result in the formation of stable suspensions in polar and nonpolar solvents which may then result in the formation of high quality nanocomposite films.

Eligible applicants are selected from a pool of applicants and are ranked based on business rules applied to information about the eligible applicants and information about the job. Scores are calculated for the business rules based on how well the applicant information matches the job information in areas such job skills, educational background, availability and pay. Additional information such as whether an employer or applicant does not wish to work together, and staffing firm expenses associated with eligible applicants can also be considered in the ranking process. The business rules can be weighted to achieve various ranking objectives, such as increasing staffing firm revenue or awarding higher rankings to applicants whose skills and educational background better match an employer's needs. The ranking system can also be used to rank jobs for an applicant.

摘要： Wide range and dynamically reprogrammable CDR architecture recovers an embedded clock signal from serial input data with a wide range of operating frequencies. In order to support a wide range of data rates, the CDR architecture includes multiple operating parameters. These parameters include various pre/post divider settings, charge pump currents, loop-filter and bandwidth selections, and VCO gears. The parameters may be dynamically reprogrammed without powering down the circuitry or PLD. This allows the CDR circuitry to switch between various standards and protocols on-the-fly.
