    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shaped stretchable base material which has stretchability and a portion having a shape to be hardly changed even when stretched.SOLUTION: The stretchable organic base material is a sheet-shaped organic base material having stretchability obtained by partially forming a hardly-stretchable polymer part in an easily-stretchable polymer matrix. A polymer constitutes the easily-stretchable polymer matrix is a stretchable polymer and a polymer constituting the hardly-stretchable polymer part is selected from the following polymer materials (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv). The polymer material (i) contains a polymer containing a constituent unit, which is derived from a monomer of a homopolymer having ≥5°C glass transition temperature, by ≥50 wt.% of the total constituent units of the polymer. The polymer material (ii) contains a polymer containing a constituent unit, which is derived from a polyfunctional monomer having two or more curable groups in one molecule thereof, by ≥50 wt.% of the total constituent units of the polymer. The polymer material (iii) contains a filler. The polymer material (iv) has ≥0.1 MPa tensile elasticity.
