Also provided are a semiconductor electrode sensitized by this dye and a dye-sensitized solar battery using the semiconductor electrode.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative-type photosensitive planographic printing plate which is highly sensitive to light having a wavelength area of 380 nm-1,300 nm, excellent in elution and in printing durability, hardly causes the reduction of elution and the variation of sensitivity due to the long term storage of a printing plate, and is excellent in storability.
      SOLUTION: The negative-type photosensitive planographic printing plate has at least a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer which contains, on a base material, a radical initiator and a sensitizing dye which sensitizes the radical initiator to a wavelength area of 380 nm-1,300 nm. In this case, at least one layer formed on the base material contains silver oxide.
