摘要： To code the current frame of a moving picture, a weighting coefficient and the mean pixel values in the current frame and a reference frame are obtained. The weighting coefficient is used to modify the mean pixel value in the reference frame, and an offset value is calculated from the resulting modified mean pixel value and the mean pixel value in the current frame. Reference image blocks are then selected from the reference frame, and a predicted image block is generated by applying the weighting coefficient and the offset value to each selected reference image block. Because of the modification of the mean pixel value of the reference frame, pixel values in the predicted image blocks are distributed around the mean pixel value in the current frame, which leads to efficient coding.

The present invention aims to provide a method for collecting the purified acrylic acid having high purity in good yield even in an unsteady state.When the acrylic acid-containing solutions 18 and 16 have a concentration of water higher than 10 mass % (unsteady state), the purified acrylic acid 20 and 22 or the acrylic acid-containing solution 23 containing 10 mass % or less of water is mixed therewith to make the concentration of water 10 mass % or less [a] [b]. Alternatively, when the acrylic acid-containing solutions 18 and 16 have a concentration of water higher than 10 mass %, it is used as an absorption liquid [c]. Thereafter, the crystallization process is carried out.

The coumarin derivative effectively accelerates in such an organic EL device the transfer of excited energy in a host compound to a guest compound.
