摘要： PURPOSE: To adjust a coupling coefficient and to suppress dispersion in the characteristic by providing a female screw to either of the dielectric resonator and a support base and providing a male screw to the other respectively and screw-fitting the screws so as to change a position relation between the dielectric resonator and a coupling body. CONSTITUTION: A female screw 11 is formed in the dielectric resonator 1 and a male screw 21 is formed in a support base 2 respectively and the resonator 1 is screw-fitted to the support base 2. Thus, the position relation of a transmission line 3 being a coupling body and the resonator 1 is changed by a screw motion of the resonator 1 with respect to the support base 2 to change the coupling coefficient between the resonator 1 and the transmission line 3. Thus, a desired coupling coefficient is obtained by turning the resonator 1 and fixing the resonator at a prescribed position and the resonator with less characteristic dispersion is easily obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an instrument with high measuring accuracy for measuring a temperature coefficient of a dielectric resonator which can hold the dielectric resonator stably without using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic cavity 2 having a supporting stage 3 inside is accommodated in a metallic case 1. A holding guide 6 is fitted at a metallic upper lid 5 covering the upper opening face of the cavity 2. A holding screw 10 is meshed at an inner peripheral face of the guide 6. A holding rod 7 is also set to the upper lid 5. An upper part, of the holding rod 7 is inserted through the screw 10 and a lower part of the rod is meshed at the inner peripheral face of the guide 6. A coil spring 8 is wound around the holding rod 7. A supporting rod 9 made of a dielectric material is inserted through the upper lid 5 and fixed at the front end of the rod 7. In this structure, a dielectric resonator 20 is held by the supporting stage 3 and the supporting rod 9 owing to the spring pressure of the spring 8. The cavity 2, supporting stage 3 and supporting rod 9 are formed of a material having approximately the same thermal expansion coefficient as the dielectric resonator 20.

Then keeping the upper core bars 72a, 72b in contact with the lower core bars 71a, 71b respectively, the dielectric powder 4 in the cavity 51 is compressed by the upper punch 62 and the lower punch 61 to form the dielectric block.
