    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane fermentation tank which enables methane fermentation to be conducted while effectively removing a gas from a high- concentration sludge such as a dewatered sludge. SOLUTION: This methane fermentation tank is a horizontal anaerobic tank for conducting methane fermentation by taking thereinto a high-concentration sludge and has a sludge intake section formed at its one side and a sludge outlet section formed at the other side. In the tank, a multistage agitation blade is installed along the direction from the intake section to the outlet section so that the rotary displacement of the agitation blade develops a transfer power in the direction from the intake section to the outlet section. At the upper part of the tank, a gas reservoir space connected to a gas draw route is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To improve vaporizing performance by a method wherein a heating medium inlet piping forms a straight pipe, the length thereof is set to a value lower than the specified multiple of the bore of the outlet of an expansion valve and by forming an uneven surface in the inner surface of the heating medium inlet piping, a vapor-liquid phase is kept in a uniform state when a heating medium flows through the interior. CONSTITUTION:A heating medium of a vapor-liquid phase flow flowing through an outlet 1a of an expansion valve 1 flows through a heating medium inlet piping 3A, which is a straight pipe having the inner surface being uneven surface and has length 20 times or less as long as the bore of the expansion valve 1, to a heat exchanger inlet header 4. The heating medium of a vapor-liquid phase flow flowing in the heat exchanger inlet header 4 is equally distributed to a plurality of heat transfer pipes 7. Heat is imparted thereon from heating fluid 8 to vaporize the heating medium, which flows to a heat exchanger outlet header 9 and flows out through a heating medium outlet piping. By forming an uneven surface 5 in the inner surface of a heating medium inlet piping 3A, a liquid film 5 flowing on the inner wall of a pipe is apt to be scafferd. Mixture and uniformization of a vapor-liquid phase are further promoted, a heating medium of a vapor-liquid phase flow in the inlet header 4 of the heat exchanger is equalized in quality, distribution of a flow rate to a plurality of the heat transfer pipes 7 is further equalized, and vaporizing performance and heat transfer performance are improve.
