    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guide information easy to understand for the user by vocally notifying information around the vehicle and objects at right/left turn points. SOLUTION: Road information, incidental facilities to the road and position information and names of objects such as shops are stored in a map database of the car navigator, the location and running direction of the vehicle are obtd. by a GPS receiver 2 or various sensors, information of the destination and routing points, etc., are inputted to search for a route on the map database 1, objects such as facilities and shops near an intersection within specified range from the current location of the vehicle on the route are obtd. according to the route search result, a guide sentence showing the relative position of the route to the object and running direction (e.g. 'obliquely right before a convenient store') is prepared, a guide voice database 5 is retrieved to convert the guide sentence to voice data, and the voice data is outputted from a speaker to guide the route vocally. The relative position of the object to the route can be easily understood and route guide each to find the running direction can be realized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cryptographic strength by generating an authenticator by composing a method of respective processes for inputting one cryptographic key and selecting any arbitrary functions out of plural cryptographic functions based on a flag, and performing enciphering by plural cryptographic functions selected by the flag. SOLUTION: This method is composed of respective processes for inputting one enciphering key K and selecting any arbitrary functions f1 and f3 out of plural cryptographic functions based on the flag, and enciphering is performed by the plural cryptographic functions selected by the flag. By predetermining the plural cryptographic functions and the means (flag) for selecting them and generating the authenticator while arbitrarily selecting the cryptographic functions, even when the cryptographic functions are disclosed similarly to the conventional authenticator generating method, the strength of the authenticator can be easily improved without managing the plural keys and without providing the cryptographic function with any deciphering function (function provided with the cryptographic function and called deciphering function as well) or the like.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain real-time information concerned in facilities by retrieving the communication number corresponding to the facilities which need information, from a storage device and communicating with the facilities directly through a communication equipment according to the communication number. CONSTITUTION: This system has an arithmetic unit 15 which retrieves the number of communication with the facilities specified by an input device 12, communicates with the facilities through the communication equipment 13 according to the retrieved communication number, and outputs the information obtained by the communication with the facilities through an output device 14. Then, a user specifies the facilities which need information, through the input device 12. The communication number corresponding to the specified facilities is retrieved from the storage device 11, and a communication with the facilities is made through the communication device 13 according to the retrieved communication number to output the information obtained by the communication with the facilities to the output device 14. Therefore, by communicating with the facilities specified on a mobile station side through the communication equipment 13 according to the communication number, the communication with the target facilities becomes possible through easy operation, and information on the facilities can be obtained in real time.
