摘要： A mechanism for controlling the flow of air from an air-conditioning unit includes a row of guide vanes which are pivotally held by an outlet nozzle. The guide vanes are located at the lower end of an air course which has been formed within a body of the air-conditioning unit. The guide vanes control the flow of air in both left and right directions. This new design is characterized in that the angle of inclination of each guide vane progressively changes toward the end of the row. The air flow is controlled accurately in both the left and right directions so that the air flow reaches the desired location.

摘要： A blowoff orifice is constituted by an upper wall, a lower wall and a vertical wind deflecting plate. The upper wall inclines so that a flow passage becomes narrow toward downstream and provided with a protrusion at its end portion. The lower wall has a horizontal linear portion on the downstream side and an end portion forming an acute angle at the tip of the linear portion. The vertical wind deflecting plate is provided between the upper wall and the lower wall, and capable of changing an airflow from a horizontal direction to a downward direction. The upper wall protrusion is located more downstream than the lower wall end portion.

摘要： The present invention reduces crosstalk noise, which occurs as a result of interference between signals running in each of respective wiring layers of a first semiconductor chip and a second semiconductor chip stacked surface to surface with a small gap. The semiconductor device includes a first semiconductor chip (1) having a first electrode pad (2) and a first wiring layer (9), and a second semiconductor chip (5) having a second electrode pad (6) and a second wiring layer (10). A bump (4) is provided for electrically coupling the first electrode pad (2) and the second electrode pad (6). An insulation layer 8 is disposed between confronting surfaces of the first semiconductor chip (1) and the second semiconductor chip (5). An electro-conductive layer (7) is disposed between the confronting surfaces of the first semiconductor chip and the second semiconductor chip.

摘要： The present invention relates to an electronic components mounting/connecting package characterized by using bump electrodes to connect electronic components such as semiconductors and the like with patterning electrodes of a circuit board.In order to prevent deterioration in connecting reliability due to deformation and the like of semiconductors and circuit boards, it is necessary to have some elasticity incorporated with bump electrodes. The composition of bump electrodes disclosed by the present invention is to have resin particles dispersed to high density in the metallic bump electrodes.According to this composition, even when there are some variations of distribution in circuit board warp and bump electrode height, it has become possible to absorb the variations through elasticity presented by the bump electrodes and to perform a low strain connection with a resultant enhancement in connecting reliability at high temperature.
