摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preheating a green tire by which it is possible to complete vulcanization molding sufficiently and in a short time as well as a device therefor. SOLUTION: A metallic member 5 embedded in a tread part 4a is of a ring belt shape and a first coil means 12 forming a high frequency magnetic field along a part of the face direction of the ring belt shape or/and a metallic member 6 embedded in a bead part 4c are of a wire ring shape. In addition, second coil means 13 and 13 forming the high frequency magnetic field along a part of the peripheral direction of the wire ring shape are used. The high frequency magnetic field concentrates in the peripheral direction of the metallic member 6 of the wire ring shape or/and in the face direction of the metallic member 5, and therefore, the magnetic flux density is increased to improve the heating efficiency.

SOLUTION: In a vulcanizing station C, a plurality of mold stands 2, on which a tire mold assemblies 1 movable in a closed state are placed and which have pipings for supplying and discharging a vulcanizing/heating medium with respect to the placed tire mold assemblies 1, are arranged on the same circumference of a circle. An on-off station A has an opening/closing device 6 opening and closing the tire mold assembly 1 placed on each mold stand, an unloader 8 for feeding out a vulcanized tire with respect to each tire mold assembly 1 and a loader 7 for feeding the unvulcanized tire in the tire mold assembly 1 and connected to the feed-out line of the vulcanized tire to a next process and the feed-in line of the unvulcanized tire. A transfer station D is arranged at the center of the same circumference of a circle and transfers the tire mold assembly 1 between the mold stand 2 at the vulcanizing station C and the mold stand 2 at the opening/closing station A on the same circumference of a circle by rotary operation.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bladder which is less likely to cause a variation in shape against the inner wall surface of the tire and has good shape conformability to the inner wall surface of the tire by eliminating drawbacks of a conventional bladder constituting of a rubber sheet only, i.e., a drawback that, when vulcanization molding is repeated, a variation in shape against the internal wall surface of a tire occurs making it necessary to replace the bladder in an early stage and a drawback that, in a bladder of which the rubber has been reinforced with tire cords, due to the substantially nonelastic nature of the tire cords, the bladder is also not very elastic and thus is difficult to well conform in its shape to the inner wall surface of the tire.
SOLUTION: This bladder is a bladder 10 which is pressed against the inner wall surface of a tire during valcanization of a raw tire by a pressure heating medium. In the bladder 10, silicone rubber layers 11, 13 are integrally stacked onto respective both sides of a purl knitted fabric layer 12. According to this construction, the purl knitted fabric layer 12 has good stretchability and, thus, together with the silicone rubber layers 11, 13, are elongated to successfully press the raw tire.
