According to this, the aging treatment state such as hardness rise of Cu-containing steel product can be nondestructively evaluated without performing a material test such as a tensile test or hardness test which needs sample adjustment, and the propriety of the aging treatment and the quality of Cu-containing aged steel product can be easily confirmed.
