    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger allowing prevention of deterioration of comfort or performance reduction of the heat exchanger, even if the heat exchanger is an adhesive-bonding type heat exchanger, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.
      SOLUTION: A treatment liquid is applied to a main body structure 1a (refer to (a)-(c)) of an evaporator 1 formed by bonding heat transfer plates 11 formed with adhesive layers 22 to each other, and the surface is formed with a functional film layer 31 improving at least one function of a hydrophilic property, an antibacterial property, corrosion resistance, a bad smell generation suppressing property, and heat conductivity (refer to (d)). Accordingly, one of water drop scatter prevention of the evaporator 1, unpleasant smell generation prevention, corrosion generation prevention, and heat exchange efficiency improvement can be accomplished. Thus, even if the adhesive-bonding type evaporator 1, the performance reduction of the evaporator 1 or the deterioration of the comfort of use environment can be prevented.
