摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the heat radiation efficiency of a radiator, by providing a flow return body which returns exhaust air from the radiator to the region of the radiator except for its high speed air region. CONSTITUTION:A flow return body 8 is mounted at side of a radiator group, from which cooling air is discharged by a fan 4. The flow return body 8 is almost in contact with the radiator 3. Te casing 9 of the flow return body 8 is a box of U-shaped cross section. Numerous arc-shaped guide plates 10 for conducting the air are mounted stepwise at the inlet and outlet sides of the flow return body 8 in the casing 9. As a result, an air region 12 is provided in addition to a high speed air region 7 to heighten the heat radiation efficiency of the radiator 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the workability through adjustment of the cast piece thickness at the outlet of the mold by controlling the water cooling of the solidified shell so that the thickness detected may satisfy the preset value. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal 4 poured into an adiabatic mold 2 and a water- cooled copper mold 3 from a tundish 1 is withdrawn while a solidified shell is being generated from the inner surface of the water-cooled copper mold 3. The thickness of the cast piece in one direction is measured with a thickness detector 7 at the outlet of the mold. When the detected value fails to meet the preset value, a cooling water command device 8 is actuated to provide a command to a water quantity regulator 9 according to the difference from the preset value. With such an arrangement, the amount of the cooling water and the cooling range can be adjusted thereby ensuring even development of the solidified shell. Accordingly, the thickness of the cast piece at the outlet of the mold can be controlled freely in the horizontal direction and the withdrawing direction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To relieve electrostatic concentration by mounting bushings on both sides of a tank and arranging a magnetic shield core perpendicularly to a straight line connecting them instead of tank shield. CONSTITUTION:A bushing pocket 3A is provided on both sides of a tank 3 to mount a bushing 5. A reactor having a winding 1 and a magnetic shield core 2 is enclosed in the tank 3 with the core 2 arranged perpendicularly to a straight line connecting bushings on both the sides. According to this arrangement, the magnetic shield core comes to longitudinal side of the tank 3, and hence no tank shield will have to be provided particlarly. Furthermore, there is allowd appreciably long distance between the winding 1 and the side wall of pocket 3A, therefore an influence of magnetic flux leakage is sharply decreased. The consitution may facilitate the manufacture and relieve electrostatic concentration, thereby improveing reliability of insulation.
