    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the consumption of power by an overhead earth wire, by electrically insulating the overhead earth wire from an iron tower, and, when the voltage between the overhead earth wire and the iron tower becomes a specified level or above, discharging the overhead earth wire toward the iron tower. SOLUTION: Each overhead earth wire 2 is connected to one end of each insulator 3 to be electrically insulated from steel towers 1. The overhead earth wire 2 between any two iron towers is electrically connected to an overhead earth wires 2 between each of the two iron towers and an adjacent one by a jumper wire 4. Since the overhead earth wires 2 need be grounded for their original purpose of preventing the damage due to lightning, they are provided with dischargers 5 for discharging at the time the applied voltage becomes a specified level or above. Therefore, when the applied voltage to the dischargers 5 is the specified level or below, current is never allowed to flow to the ground from the overhead earth wires 2 even if electromotive force is caused in the overhead earth wires 2 by electromagnetic induction and the like, because the overhead earth wires 2 are electrically insulated from the steel towers 1. As a result, the overhead transmission line consumes no power.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thunder surge from entering completely by fitting, at a receiving side wireless device, an on/off control means for remote-controlling on/off of a receiving channel for receiving a signal from a transmission channel in a receiving part. A receiving channel 2ch:110 in a receiving side wireless device 1B receives the signal, a switch is turned on, and a keep relay 110 which is a reset coil directly-connected to the switch is energized, so that a power supply on/off contact 112 is off, and a power supply cable line 71 is cut off. The relay coils 21, 31 of relay devices 2, 3 are also not energized, thus contacts 22, 32 are off, and cable lines 73, 74 between apparatuses are cut off.

    • PURPOSE:To correct and control extension looseness automatically, to stabilize extension velocity and to make it possible to execute operation at a high speed by providing a sensor detecting the looseness of the wire in important spans, and inputting a detected result to a damping controlling system or a take-up controlling system of a stringing winch. CONSTITUTION:A separating detection sensor 2A is placed between diameters having an important transversely moving substance 12, and a detected signal of the sensor 2A is inputted to a lower setting 6 so that a separation L2 can be detected. A lower value is so set to the lower setting 6 that it is allowable for the falling of an electric wire, leaving the control of conductor length looseness to the sensor 2A in case the electric wire 7 during the conductor length does not fall down to the lower value, weighting and inputting the signal to a comparator 4 in case the wire 7 falls up to the lower value, adding it to an amount set by a standard setting 5 outwardly, and wire separations L1 and L2 are extended by increasing the tensile force of the wire 7 for only the portion of addition to prevent the generation of an abnormal condition.
