摘要： Apparatus includes a housing, a feed table outside the housing for receiving a plate-like blank, a round shaping device in the housing for shaping the blank into a sleeve-like printing form, a welding system, and a transport device for fixing, transporting and depositing the blank aligned level on the shaping device. The transport device includes a plate suction frame penetrated by suction elements which make contact with the blank placed on the feed table. After contact has been made, the blank is fixed by activating the suction elements on the plate suction frame so as to be aligned level, and transported in a stable position to the round shaping device. The raw form is deposited on the round shaping device so as to be aligned level and fixed in-register.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for producing a sleeve-type printing form from a plate-shaped blank. The apparatus has a fixing device for fixing the uppermost plate-shaped blank of a stack of blanks as a flat raw form, a curving device for curving the flat raw form, and a welding machine by which the plate edges that constitute the beginning and end of the printing form can be welded by a laser beam. The apparatus includes a housing which is a radiation protective casing. The curving device and the welding machine are arranged in the housing, Outside of the housing, there is a layout table, and an opening is left in the housing above the layout table. A fixing frame to hold the plate-shaped blank can be moved between the layout table and the curving device by means of a linear drive, so that the entire production process for the sleeve-type printing form can be performed inside the housing, which can be sealed in a radiation-proof manner during the production process.

摘要： A device for producing a tube-shaped printing form from a plate with a register hole system. A clamping strip which can be supported in its initial position and fastened to the respective plate edge longitudinally is provided for each edge of the plate to be connected. The clamping strips have a pin register which is designed in so that the pins can cooperate with the register hole system of the plate. A mechanism is assigned to one of the strips for effecting a rotation around an axle parallel to its longitudinal axis. The strips can be positioned opposite one another by this rotation and the plate edges clamped at the strips contact one another and can be connected for the purpose of forming a tube.
