摘要： A drop cloth includes: a sheet of material having a length that is greater than its width; and a series of panels, each panel being connected to the sheet in series along the length of the sheet. The length may be substantially greater than the width. The panels are generally identical to one another and are equally spaced along the length of the sheet such that the spacing is sufficient for the sheet to be folded in-between adjacent panels such that the panes are stacked, the spacing between adjacent panels being about twice the thickness of each panel. The drop cloth can be used for protection against drips and spills when painting along a wall of a room.

摘要： The invention consists of a water treatment process using selective and regenerable weak base anion exchange resins to remove any number of complex anions, especially oxyanions including perchlorate, nitrate, chlorate, arsenate, selenate, and chromate, from aqueous solutions. The treatment process is comprised of three key processes including 1) pretreatment to lower pH, 2) ion exchange, and 3) post treatment to adjust pH and alkalinity. The invention also includes processes for regenerating weak base anion resins and treatment of the residuals generated. This invention employs pressurized treatment, carbon dioxide management, and reuse of regenerating solution to minimize pumping and treatment costs.

摘要： Methods to form contact openings and allow the formation of self-aligned contacts for use in the manufacture of semiconductor devices are described. During formation of a multi-layered resist, a hard mask material is introduced beneath an anti-reflective coating to be used as an etch stop layer. The multi-layered resist is patterned and etched, to transfer the desired contact pattern to a substrate material, such as a silicon substrate, to form contact openings therein. The contact openings provide for the formation of self-aligned contacts therein.

摘要： The present invention provides methods for eliciting an immune response against Group A streptococci, comprising use of recombinant fusion polypeptides, and compositions thereof, that include a multivalent immunogenic portion of at least two immunogenic polypeptides from Group A streptococci M proteins (which are capable of stimulating a protective immune response against Group A streptococci), and a reiterated polypeptide from the immunogenic portion carboxy-terminal to the immunogenic portion, wherein the carboxy-terminal polypeptide is not required to stimulate an immune response against Group A streptococci.
