摘要： An air passage switching system includes a case (11) forming an air passage, and a butterfly door (19, 20) for opening and closing the air passage. The door includes a door body (100), a rotation shaft (101) for rotating the door body, and a seal member (102) attached to the door body. A link member (116, 116A) is connected to a first end of the rotation shaft, and the first end of the rotation shaft is rotatably held in a shaft receiving portion (120, 121) of the case through the link member. A first cylindrical portion (110, 110A) is formed in the door body concentrically with the rotation shaft at an outer peripheral side of the first end, and a second cylindrical portion (113) protruding to a side of the door body is formed in the case. The first cylindrical portion and the second cylindrical portion are engaged so that a small gap (X) is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the second cylindrical portion, and an inner peripheral surface of the first cylindrical portion and an end (102C) of the seal member. Further, the first and second cylindrical portions are overlapped in a longitudinal direction of the rotation shaft by a predetermined length (L). Thus, the door is air-tightly connected to the case around the rotation shaft, while it can prevent an operation force of the door from increasing.

摘要： According to the present invention, in a casing having a casing member (10) made of resin and a porous elastic member (20) affixed onto the casing member (10), there is formed a thick wall portion (13), which is thicker than the other portions, at a bending corner portion (12) formed between wall surfaces of the casing member (10). In this way, when the resinous casing member (10) is molded, the resin in a melted state flows along a surface at an opposite side of the elastic member (20) (at a side of an affixing surface between the casing member and the insulator), in a space (103) figure 5A (not shown) for forming the thick wall portion (13). Therefore, the resin in the melted state is prevented from flowing to press upward an end portion of the elastic member (20) at the corner portion (12). Accordingly, the defective "reversing" is prevented so that the elastic member (20) can be affixed on the wall surface of the casing member (10) satisfactorily.

摘要： An air passage switching device includes a film member for opening and closing an opening portion of an air passage, and the film member has a first end portion fixed to a peripheral portion of the opening portion and a second end portion fixed to a winding shaft. The winding shaft is capable of moving in a first direction separated from the first end portion of the film member and in a second direction approaching the first end portion of the first member while rotating. In the air passage switching device, an actuator for operating the winding shaft is disposed in an interior of the winding shaft and is fixed by a fixing member, the winding shaft is disposed rotatably relative to the fixing member, and the fixing member is moved in the first direction or the second direction together with the winding shaft by a guide unit.
