    • PURPOSE: A construction method of a modular bridge girder is provided to simplify a construction process at a construction site and to reduce construction time by assembling multiple girders on a conveying unit. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a modular bridge girder is as follows. Multiple girders (110-1,2,3) are loaded on a conveying unit (300) and are overlapped each other. The girders are moved to the rear portion of the conveying unit one by one by supporting the girders using a cable (320) of a crane boom (310) and are coupled to each other. The assembly, which is the coupled girders, is installed on a pier.

    • PURPOSE: A girder connection structure of a continuous bridge including a composite form is provided to economically form the continuous bridge without member waste of a truss girder unit and to form the continuous bridge which safely resists to a positive moment and a negative moment. CONSTITUTION: A girder connection structure(100) of a continuous bridge comprises a steel box girder unit(110), a truss girder unit(130), and a connection unit(150). The steel box girder unit comprises a web(111), an upper flange(113), and a lower flange(114), and the upper flange and the lower flange are connected to the upper part and the lower part of the web. The truss girder unit comprises an upper chord(131), a lower chord(132), and a diagonal member(133) and is connected to the steel box girder in a throttle direction. The connection unit connects the steel box girder and the truss girder unit and comprises a stress concentration prevention unit. The stress concentration prevention unit prevents stress concentration from being focused on the upper chord and the lower chord.

    • A construction method of a girder bridge with a later-tension precast floor slab is provided to manage the girder bridge effectively by introducing compression stress to the precast floor slab and controlling the tensile crack generation. A concrete(C) is poured on an abdomen of a negative moment part girder. A positive moment part girder and the negative moment part girder are continuously placed on a pier(500). A precast floor slab(300) laid with sheath pipes is mounted on the negative moment part girder. Non-attached steel wires(330) are inserted in the sheath pipe and then tensed to apply compression force to the precast floor slab. The concrete is poured and hardened between the upper and abdomen parts of the positive moment part girder and on the connected parts between the positive and negative moment part girders.
