    • A photosensitive resin composition, a method for forming a display pattern by using the composition, and a display using the composition are provided to improve the productivity by reducing the processing time and toenhance impact resistanceby increasing the flexibility of film. A photosensitive resin composition comprises 0.1-10 wt% of at least one compound selected from dioctyl phthalate, diisononyl phthalate, dioctyl adipate, tricresyl phosphate, and 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate as a sensitizer. Preferably the composition comprises 10-30 wt% of an acrylic copolymer; 1-20 wt% of 1,2-quinonediazide 5-sulfonic acid ester compound; 0.1-10 wt% of the sensitizer; and the balance of a solvent.

    • An organic passivation composition is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force, insulating property and flatness at a low temperature curing step and to improve heat resistance and chemical resistance against solvent, acid or alkali in post-processing. An organic passivation composition comprises (a) 100 parts by weight of acrylic copolymer copolymerized with (i) 5 - 95 weight% of a compound and (ii) 5 or 95 weight% of olefin-based unsaturated compound capable of polymerizing with a compound of the chemical formula 1; (b) (i) 0.001-5 parts by weight of thermal initiator or (ii) 0.001-30 parts by weight of photoinitiator; (c) 1-80 parts by weight of acid anhydride compound; (d) 0.001-1 parts by weight of imidazole-based tertiary amine compound; and (e) an organic solvent to become 50 weight% of (a)~(d) based on an organic passivation composition. In the chemical formula 1, X is hydrogen or methyl radical.
