摘要： PURPOSE:To heat an appropriate amount of water in a hot water reservoir as required, by a method wherein the position of a taking-out port for circulating water to be fed from a hot water reservoir to a heating part is continuously changed in the direction of the height of the reservoir. CONSTITUTION:A taking-out pipe 6 for the circulating water is constructed in a slidable double-pipe construction consisting of an inner pipe 31 having an opening part 33 and an outer pipe 32 having an opening part 34, and a rotary shaft 36 is provided above the inner pipe 31 and is connected to a motor 29 for operating. By rotating the inner pipe 31 to change the position at which the opening parts 33, 34 come into registry with each other, the position of the taking-out port 7 for the circulating water is continuously changed. For example, when feed water is heated, the motor 29 is driven by a controller 23, and the port 7 is initially moved upwards to the highest position. As a result, low-temperature heat water is taken out through the port 7, starting from the portion which is closer to the layer of high-temperature hot water being reserved at an upper part of the reservoir 1 and is heated by the conduction of heat or the like. Accordingly, the thermal energy required for heating water to a predetermined temperature is reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a programming of the suitable cooking in response to a variation of the volume of cooked material by increasing or decreasing an oscillating frequency. CONSTITUTION:Knob 14 at the outside surface of the controller 8 is operated and a resistance value of the volume 13 is properly adjusted and thereby the time of heating and cooking is adjusted in response to a volume of cooked material. The present device is performed such that when the cooking card is inserted into the cooking program setter 3, data are read by CPU4, a releasing of the data input requiring operation is indicated in the display lamp 10a and illumination (10b) is confirmed and the cook will start the main body 1 of the cooking device. CPU will send an instruction through the equipment control part 2. At the same time, CPU will discriminate a proceeding time for each of the cooking programs in reference to the pulses from the time counting clock generator 5 and then will generate an instruction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To rapidly and reliably confirm ignition through direct detection of formation of flame, by a method wherein an element for display is actuated before ignition of a burner and is rendered inoperative after ignition. CONSTITUTION:With a switch 2 depressed, lighting of a neon lamp 16 causes normal operaion of a high voltage generating device 1 to dispaly that a high voltage is applied on a plug 9. By igniting gas, produced from a burner 11, by means of spark, an induction voltage, generated to a coupling coil 19, is also reduced, and after ignition of the burner, the neon lamp 16 is lighted OFF. This enables direct detection of formation of flame, and enables quick rise and reliavle confirmation of ignition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the convenience for using and the safety of the titled apparatus by a method wherein the pressing operation of a flame change-over switch is made to unable to exceed the designated number of change-over steps at the change-over operation for making the flame small, in a gas apparatus provided with plural pushing type flame change-over switches. CONSTITUTION:A gas apparatus is composed of a switch arranging part 19, a switch change-over mechanism part 20, a valve device 21 and a gas burner 1. The switch arranging part 19 is composed of an igniting switch 3, a large fire switch 4, a medium fire switch 5, a small fire switch 6, a slow fire switch 7 and an extinguishment switch 8. Those switches are supported in freely pivotable manner with a rotary supporting shaft 22. When the switch is set at the large fire or medium fire position, a cam claw 46 for the slow fire is engaged with a pushing lock edge 74 of a cam hole 59, accordingly, the slow fire switch 7 is made to unable to be pushed, consequently, the change- over operation from the large fire or the medium fire to the slow fire is made to unable to be changed-over. Thereby, the setting operation for the designated fire can be made simply by one touch action, the convenience for using is improved, also the extinguishment caused by the rapid throttling of a gas supply can be prevented, and the gas leakage can be prevented.
