摘要： Crystals containing a molten liquid at the bottom of a purifying tower are cooled, so that three effects i.e., washing, sweating and recrystallization are improved while maintaining a heat balance within a tower to thereby obtain highly pure crystals. The apparatus according to this invention comprises a crystal purifying tower of a transversal cross sectional configuration in which two circles are partially joined to each other and in which a stirrer having blade members spirally attached around the surface of a rotational shaft is disposed at the center for each of the circles, the purifying tower having a starting material feed means about at the middle thereof, a heating means and a product take out port at the upper portion thereof, a cooled crystal feed means, a low purity crystal component take out means and a means for extracting a portion of the crystal component at low purity out of the system at the bottom thereof, wherein the crystal component at low purity taken out by the low purity crystal component take out means is crystallized and then cooled by a means disposed outside the purifying tower for crystallizing and then cooling the crystal component at low purity, and the crystals thus crystallized and then cooled are fed by means of the cooled crystal feed means to the purifying tower.

摘要： A toy racing assembly includes a toy racing car having a drive and a speed shifting device, and a toy racing track arranged for guiding the car during running and having at least at one location of the track a formation operative for actuating the speed shifting means of the car when the car passes the formation and engages the latter, whereby the speed of the car is shifted. The engaging formation may be formed as a projection on a gate member which is provided on the track. The track may include a section having an uneven road surface, an irregularly shaped plate cam member extending onto the road surface of the track, and guardrails located at both lateral sides of the track. Thereby, the car can jump on the uneven road surface, collide against the plate cam member, and collide against the lateral guardrails.

摘要： A self-powered toy animal comprises a relatively small toy animal and a relatively large toy animal having an openable mouth. Drive means is provided inside one of the animals connected to a line having its other end connected to the other animal and passing through the mouth of the large animal. In addition, the large animal has a pair of eyes provided with lids which automatically close when the mouth opens. This large animal, which may be constituted as a fish or the like, will therefore appear to pursue and then eat the small animal as it pulls the small animal into its openable mouth, simultaneously closing its eyes as the small animal passes through the mouth into the interior of the large animal.

摘要： Oxides of nitrogen can be removed efficiently from a gas containing such oxides of nitrogen by bringing said gas into contact with an aqueous solution containing an organic acid alkali salt and a salt of metal selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Mn in the presence of a sulfurous acid alkali salt. The efficiency for removing oxides of nitrogen is much improved by use of a polybasic acid alkali such as ethylenediamine tetracarboxylic acid alkali salt or nitrilo-tricarboxylic acid alkali salt as said organic acid alkali salt.
