    • PURPOSE:To keep a bay calm and provide a flowing movement to the sea water in the bay by a method wherein a valve is arranged in the water flowing port of a bank, the sea water is flowed in a specified direction and the bay is partitioned by the bank. CONSTITUTION:Valve is arranged in the water flowing port of the banks 5a and 6a. The water area in the bay 1 is partitioned by the two banks 5a and 6a. When a water level outside the bay water 7 is raised, the flowing water is flowed into the water area in the bay through the water flowing port of the bank 5a. In turn, when a water level outside the bay water area 7 is lowered, the sea water is flowed to the outside of the bay water area 7 from the bay water area 1 through the water flowing port of the bank 6a. As a result, the water in the two water area partitioned by the bank is always flowed to prevent a contamination in the bay water area 1, purify the water and replace it with new water.

    • PURPOSE:To recycle resources by forming a granular slug from a waste, making the resultant granular slug finer and spherical and blending a fine powder component produced in processing for forming the spherical granule with the slug particles already subjected to processing. CONSTITUTION:A granular slug (A) is prepared by treating a waste and charged into a circular body 12 and a disc 18 having an upper side surface composed of a rough surface 20 and fixed to a rotary shaft 16 is rotated so that the lower layer part contacting with the rough surface 20 of the slug (A) may collide with the inside wall of the body 12 by a centrifugal force. The granules of the slug (A) are simultaneously rubbed with each other so as to be made finer by abrasion between the granules. The granules are made spherical so as to have a prescribed fineness modulus at the same time and discharged through a discharge opening 10 to a weighing vessel 22. A fine powder component produced during the process for forming the spherical granule is allowed to pass through a suction unit 24 and stored in a weighing tank 26. The fine powder component is mixed with the slug particles already subjected to processing in a blender.

    • PURPOSE:To safely and easily produce excellent quality imitation rock block at low cost by a method wherein a ceiling end form consisting of an elastic female form, to which the external surface of a native rock is transferred, and a form for covering the elastic female form is arranged onto a form main body and a shutter valve is arranged at the concrete forcing port of a side form and, in addition, air vent holes are provided on the ceiling end form. CONSTITUTION:An imitation rock block forming device 24 is made up of a form main body 16 consisting of a bottom form 12 and a side form 14 and a ceiling end form 22. The ceiling end form 22 consists of an elastic female form 18, which is made of rubber and the like and to the inner surface of which the outer surface of a native rock is transferred, and a covering form 20, which is made of a synthetic resin and has nearly the same shape as that of the form 18. On the female form 18 and the covering form 20, a plurality of air vent hole 26 are provided. Further, on the side form 14, a concrete forcing port 28 is provided so as to be connected with a shutter valve 30 in order to be connected through a flexible pipe 34 to a concrete pressure feeding mechanism. When cement mortar pressure-fed in a form device 24 flows over all the air vent holes 26, pressure feeding is stopped and the valve 30 is closed. After being cured, the resultant concrete is demolded.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a method for multiplying shore root resources by forming an alga field and simultaneously raising young shellfish. CONSTITUTION:Algae as the feeds of young shellfish such as abalones are raised from their germs to an extent not having a possibility to receive eaten damages, and young shellfish are cultured to an extent capable of eating fine algae and the germs of sea algae. The sea algae and the young shellfish obtained thus are implanted on transplantation means, respectively, and raised for prescribed periods. Further, the transplantation means having the sea algae and the young shellfish thereon are attached to an implantation substrate having preliminarily been charged in a multiplication sea area. By this method, the sea algae raised to the extent not receiving the eaten damages and the young shellfish cultured to the shell length of some extent are implanted on the transplantation means, respectively, to implant a feed-eating habit on the young shellfish themselves and raise the sea algae so as to resist against the feed- eating pressure, and subsequently transplant on the implantation substrate in the sea area. Thus, both the sea algae and the young shellfish can be multiplied in good balance.
