The pressure roller is provided to comprise the above rubber roller.

Therefore, working circumference is improved remarkably in comparison with the case where chlorinated solvent such as trichlorethylene, tetrachloroethylene or carbon tetrachloride, etc. is applied.

Said polyamic acid should be prepared by the reaction between m-phenylenediamine, etc. and pyromellitic anhydride, etc. As the polyamic acid salt, a tertiary amine salt derived from polyamic acid and a tertiary amine such as trimethylamine, triethylamine, etc. should be used. Furthermore, it is recommended that the surface treatment for the filler be conducted through immersion followed by drying, and the treatment on heating be carried out for several minutes-5hr at 150W300°C during which the polyamic acid converts to polyimide.

      CONSTITUTION: The thick film painting of a perfluoroalkoxy resin (hereinafter expressed as PFA) is stuck electrostatically on a base material by electrifying the paint of the PFA powder having 2W150μ average grain size with a low voltage of 3W45kV. Said paint is then calcined at 350W380°C, whereby the film of 100W300μ thickness is formed. If such operation is repeated a number of times, the film of a desired thickness (d micron) suitable for preventing corrosion is obtained. Said film is cooled slowly so as to be kept within a 325±10°C temp. range and the substrate is held for ≥30×d/100min in this temp. range. The blister is thus removed from the inside of the film.

There are also provided: a molded article having excellent transparency obtained from the fluoropolymer solvent composition; and a method of producing the fluoropolymer solvent composition.
