    • An insole for removing electrostatics is provided to remove an electrostatic phenomenon by inserting ferroelectric elements into a shoe insole, and to be applied to shoe regardless of the kinds of the shoes. An insole for removing electrostatics includes an upper layer(10), a soft foam middle layer(20) and a hard synthetic resin bottom layer(50). The upper layer is made of synthetic fiber having conductivity. The soft foam middle layer has an anti-electrostatic property. The hard foam resin bottom layer has an anti-electrostatic property. A couple of ferroelectric devices(30) and an electric discharge needle(40) are inserted between the soft foam middle layer and the hard synthetic resin bottom layer. The upper layer is synthetic fiber that is woven by arranging a silver yarn on synthetic fiber original yarn.

    • A tip for a bucket of an excavator and a manufacturing method of a tip for a bucket of an excavator are provided to minimize manufacturing expenses by simplifying the manufacturing process. A tip(100) for a bucket of an excavator includes a wedge shaped body(110) which is made of alloy cast steel and composed of a pointed front end(113) bumped into the ground directly and a rear end(115) with an insertion hole(117) inserted to the teeth of a bucket, a mounting hole(111) which is formed in the body to the preset depth from the front end of the body to the insertion hole, and a core(130) which is made of an abrasion resistant material, having a smaller width than the front end of the body to be located in the body exactly without making the side exposed to the side of the body and not to be separated to the body against an external impact, and provided with at least one through hole(131) to let melt flow in when alloy cast steel melt is injected to a mold set through a runner to be adhered to the body perfectly. A manufacturing method of a tip for a bucket of an excavator comprises the steps of: preparing a mold set having a wedge shaped inner cavity and a core made of an abrasion resistant material; fixing the core to one side of the mold set to locate the core at the preset position in the cavity of the mold set; injecting alloy cast steel melt into the cavity of the mold set where the core is located; cooling down the alloy cast steel melt and stripping off the mold set; and treating the core and the body attached to the outer circumference of the core with heat.
