    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading platform sliding and tilting device suitable for a truck having a loading platform length of not more than 3,300 mm, and to provide a truck mounted with the loading platform sliding and tilting device.SOLUTION: A pair of rack gears 49 is fixed to the lower face of the loading platform of a truck with a space apart from each other in a vehicle width direction. Each rack gear 49 is engaged with a pinion gear 50. The pinion gears 50 are linked by a turning shaft 43 disposed in the rear end of a chassis 2. Driving force of an electric motor 41 is transmitted to the turning shaft 43 via a pulley 42, a chain 45 and a sprocket 44. A pair of second guide rails 30 are disposed with a space apart from each other in the width direction on the chassis 2. The loading platform 4 includes a fitting member 34 extending in a front-rear direction correspondingly to each second guide rail 30. The fitting member 34 moves by fitting between the inner wall 31 and the outer wall 32 of the second guide rail 30 according to sliding of the loading platform 4.

    • The present invention discloses a tipping hopper, comprising a hopper body, hopper rotating supports and a tipping mechanism. The tipping mechanism comprises a connecting rod and a crank. One end of the connecting rod is hinged on the hopper body, and the other end is hinged with one end of the crank; and the other end of the crank is hinged on a crank rotating support through a crank rotating shaft. By optimizing a crank starting point and a crank end point, ensure hopper's position of receiving and discharging material is arranged at or near a dead point of the tipping mechanism so that the working condition of an impact force borne by a speed reducer device is optimized when the tipping hopper is charged and discharged. The mechanism also optimizes the position of the center of gravity of the hopper body and the position of the center of gravity of a charged hopper, so that the center of gravity of the hopper body is located between a hopper rotating hinge point and the connecting rod support hinge point near the hopper rotating hinge point. A force amplification effect of the connecting rod is used to greatly reduce the requirement for the output moment of the speed reducer, thereby greatly reducing the weight of the speed reducer device and the power of a tipping motor and saving motor power and energy consumption of a hoisting system.
