摘要：树脂分散硼化铪碳化硼-碳纤维摩擦材料的制备方法，其特征在于，将密度为0.1~1.8g/cm3石墨化的碳纤维毯进行渗碳处理后进行沉积碳化硼处理，再进行树脂分散硼化铪填充处理，再进行埋入渗硅处理，然后在氮气气氛中氮化处理制得树脂分散硼化铪碳化硼-碳纤维摩擦材料。本发明是采用石墨化碳纤维毯通过渗碳、沉积碳化硅、填充硼化铪、埋入渗硅及氮化等步骤实现摩擦材料的制备，所制备的摩擦材料高强度、高韧性、高摩擦性能，适应各种气候条件的摩擦材料。

摘要： A gunning refractory composition which can retain high exfoliation resistance, adhesive strength and corrosion resistance even in a high-temperature steelmaking operation. The composition comprises a refractory material, 2-10 wt.% of either a resol phenol resin powder exhibiting a semi-molten state in the temperature range of 80 to 500 DEG C, having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 15,000 and containing at most 1,000 ppm of residual monomers or a phenol-formaldehyde resin powder exhibiting a molten self-cured state in the temperature range of 100 to 500 DEG C, having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 15,000 and containing at most 1,000 ppm of residual monomers and 6-9 wt.% of reactive methylol groups, and 2-10 wt.% of a pitch having a softening point of as high as 100 to 500 DEG C.

摘要： A method for producing ceramic tape used to fabricate electronic devices while eliminating continued shrinkage of the unfired tape. Chemical agents are added to a mixture of ceramic powder and binder to manipulate the crosslinking of the binder. A first approach involves promoting the crosslinking reaction to completion quickly. The second approach involves preventing the crosslinking reaction during the tape slurry mixing and casting processes. A solvent is used to accelerate the crosslinking of the binder in which the solvent may include one or more of acetone, acetylacetone, toluene and ethanol. Preferably, the solvent is a combination of acetone and acetylacetone. A polyhydroxy compound, such as glycerine, may be added to accelerate the crosslinking reaction of the binder. The boron in the tape may alternatively be rendered inoperative as a crossing agent for the binder by pre-reacting the boron with the Lewis base prior to contact with the binder. The preferred Lewis base is an organic amine, such as piperidine.

摘要： The present invention relates to an injection material for the hot repairing of a blast furnace and an injection method of applying the same. An injection material comprising a refractory material, which was previously adjusted in particle size, a binder, a hardening agent and a hardening-accelerator is fed to a pressure pump having a mixing function and applied to a portion to be repaired of a blast furnace with mixing in said pump. Thus, since the hardening ingredient is not added until the pump portion, the workability of the repair material can be secured in of a blast furnace to be repaired, said injection material being mixed in said pump. Thus, the injection repairing of the blast furnace can be achieved without being influenced by an atmosphere within the furnace.

摘要： A polymeric binder composition for refractory aggregates is disclosed. The binder is a resole type phenolic resin, solvent and a tar, pitch or mixtures thereof. The solvent has a boiling point of greater than 75.degree. C. and is added to the resole type phenolic resin to impart a viscosity range of between 1 to 1000 poise. The tar/pitch component is combined in the solvent-resin mixture, and is incorporated within the ratios of 30:70 to 70:30 with relation to the phenolic resin. The binder results in a high carbon binder.
