摘要： An assembly of stacked mattresses and a method for preparing such an assembly are provided. The assembly of stacked mattresses comprises a first pallet, a second pallet, a plurality of mattresses positioned between the first pallet and the second pallet and straps coupling the first pallet to the second pallet, the plurality of mattresses being in a compressed state between the first pallet and the second pallet and the straps restraining expansion of the plurality of mattresses. The second pallet is comprised of a supporting member and a plurality of elongated reinforcing members extending across the supporting member, at least some of the reinforcing members including respective strap guiding members extending longitudinally along the elongated reinforcing member. At least some of the straps engage respective ones of the strap guiding members of the plurality of elongated reinforcing member of the second pallet so that displacement of the straps is constrained by the strap guiding members. In accordance with another aspect, a pallet for using in shipping bedding products is provided.

摘要： A disposable and reusable spacer rack apparatus, for cooperating with a pallet to suppport a stack of thin sheets of printable stock thereon. A spacer rack apparatus includes a body member, having an upper surface and a substantially flat lower surface. The body member has a series of parallel spaced apart grooves formed in an upper portion thereof, defining a plurality of parallel spaced apart divider slats between the grooves. The body member is of a first height at the divider slats, and is of a second, reduced height in the area of the grooves. The grooves are provided for receiving support rods during a printing stock changeover process. Preferably, the spacer rack apparatus is integrally formed as a single unit, out of relatively inexpensive materials, such as cardboard, fiberboard, recycled plastic, or open-celled plastic foam. A method of using the spacer rack apparatus is also described.

摘要： Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Palette (1) zum Transport von Plattenstapeln, insbesondere Stapeln aus Dämmstoffplatten, die vorzugsweise zu Verpackungseinheiten zusammengefasst sind, wobei die Plattenstapel bzw. die Verpackungseinheiten auf einem Trägerelement (4) mit einer Auflagefläche (8) angeordnet sind und das Trägerelement (4) Auflagerkörper (11) aufweist, die derart am Trägerelement (4) angeordnet sind, dass die Auflagefläche (8) mit Abstand zu einer Aufstellfläche angeordnet ist und Eingriffsöffnungen (7) zwischen dem Trägerelement (4) und der Aufstandsfläche ausgebildet sind, die die Handhabung mit einem Hebezeug, beispielsweise einem Gabelstapler ermöglichen. Um eine gattungsgemäße Palette dahingehend weiterzuentwickeln, dass sie hinsichtlich ihrer Herstellung möglichst einfach und preiswert ausgestaltet und gleichzeitig problemlos recyclebar ist, ist vorgesehen, dass das Trägerelement (4) aus einem plastisch verformbaren Material besteht, dass das Trägerelement (4) zumindest zwei, sich aus einer im wesentlichen mit der Auflagefläche (8) übereinstimmenden Ebene heraushebende Ausbauchungen (6) aufweist, die der Anordnung der Auflagerkörper (11) dienen.
