    • The present document provides a method for feeding back channel state information and a user equipment. The method includes: a user equipment determining a second parameter y of a feedback mode according to the number of Channel-State Information-reference signals (CSI-RS) ports configured by a high layer signaling or according to the number of CSI-RS ports and indication information indicating whether to feed back a pre-coding matrix indicator (PMI) and rank indicator (RI); the user equipment determining the feedback mode according to a transmission mode configured by the high layer signaling, a first parameter x of the feedback mode and the second parameter y of the feedback mode; and the user equipment feeding back the channel state information according to the determined feedback mode. The present document improves the system flexibility and performance and reduces the feedback overhead.

    • The present invention discloses method and terminal for feeding back channel state information. The method comprises: UE determining channel state information comprising first-type PMI and/or second-type PMI according to indication information, wherein first-type PMI is used for indicating index of one first precoding matrix in first precoding codebook, each first precoding matrix is used for mapping channel information of one wideband and/or long-term channel; second-type PMI is used for indicating index of one second precoding matrix in second precoding codebook, each second precoding matrix is used for mapping channel information of one subband and/or short-term channel; UE feeding back first-type PMI in PUCCH periodically and feeding back second-type PMI in PUSCH periodically or non-periodically, or, feeding back first-type PMI and second-type PMI in PUCCH. Through the present invention, precision of feeding back channel state information by UE is increased, and base station can dynamically select SU-MIMO or MU-MIMO transmission.

In the terminal random access method for a cellular radio communications system, random access preamble message is transmitted by a terminal to a base station in a random access time slot in a radio frame; location information of the random access time slot in the radio frame and that in the frequency domain are combined to generate a group identifier and sending a random access response message to the terminal after adding the group identifier and an individual identifier that corresponds to the random access preamble message to the random access response message by the base station; it is judged whether the random access response message that corresponds to the sent random access preamble message is received, by judging whether the group identifier and the individual identifier within the received random access response message are all expected values.

    • A terminal random access method for a cellular radio communications system and a method for generating a group identifier are provided. The terminal random access method for a cellular radio communications system includes steps of: transmitting random access preamble message by a terminal to a base station in a random access time slot in a radio frame; combining location information of the random access time slot in the radio frame and that in the frequency domain to generate a group identifier and sending a random access response message to the terminal after adding the group identifier and an individual identifier that corresponds to the random access preamble message to the random access response message by the base station; judging whether the random access response message that corresponds to the sent random access preamble message is received, by judging whether the group identifier and the individual identifier within the received random access response message are all expected values. This invention provides fast and accurate access to the cellular radio communications system for the terminal and allows simple and easy operations to set a group identifier in the same way regardless of whether or not the configuration of the random access time slot changes.

    • The present invention provides a method of scheduling packet in a wireless telecommunication system, in which the user packet queues to be transmitted are divided into the user packet queues with lost packet and the user packet queues without lost packet; for the user packet queues with lost packet, if a real time lost ratio of packet for the user excesses a predetermined lost ratio threshold of packet, terminate a connection to the user; if the real time lost ratio of packet for the user does not excess the predetermined lost ratio threshold of packet, schedule the user packet queues according to a volume of the lost ratio of packet; for the user packet queues without lost packet, schedule according to packet lengths, channel quality states, time delays and time delay jitters. The present invention decreases the packet lost ratio by giving priority to scheduling users with high packet lost ratio under the condition of existing a certain extent of packet lost, takes the requirements of user packet service sensitive to the time delay jitter into full consideration, and controls the time delay jitter to maintain invariable, therefore improves the telecommunication quality of those users.
