    • A steam oven including an outer casing to define an appearance of the steam oven, an inner casing provided in the outer casing to define a cooking cavity to cook food therein. The inner casing includes an inner wall and an outer wall, with a space defined between the inner wall and the outer wall and maintained in a vacuum state, thus insulating the cooking cavity from an outside of the inner casing. The steam oven further includes a steam generator to supply steam into the inner casing. Therefore, the steam oven accomplishes the desired insulating effect without using any insulating material while the space defined between the inner wall and the outer wall reduces conductive and convective heat transfer.

    • A lubricating oil supply apparatus of a reciprocating compressor comprises: an oil cylinder penetratingly-formed at a lower side of a frame, for supporting a compression unit which compresses a fluid; an oil piston reciprocatingly-inserted into the oil cylinder and reciprocated by a vibration of the compressor, for pumping lubricating oil; a spring connected to a rear side of the oil piston and providing an elastic force to the oil piston; and a valve assembly disposed at a front side of the frame, for opening and closing a passage of lubricating oil supplied to a sliding part of the compressing unit. A dead volume existing at the oil supply apparatus is reduced thereby to smoothly supply lubricating oil even at the time of an initial driving that requires less pumping amount, thereby enhancing a lubricating performance.

The Ethernet line card includes: a priority allocation unit setting a priority of a received Ethernet packet according to a pre-set control standard based on header information of the Ethernet packet; a quality of service (QoS) guarantee unit defining a capacity per class based on a pre-set QoS standard, inserting the Ethernet packet into a relevant class, and dropping and managing the Ethernet packet based on the priority if the Ethernet packet exceeds a capacity of the relevant class; and a signal processing unit managing and updating the pre-set control standard and the pre-set QoS standard, receiving results of processing the Ethernet packet from the priority allocation unit and the QoS guarantee unit, and storing the received results.

    • A CMOS image sensor and a method of fabricating the same are provided. In the CMOS image sensor, a device isolation layer is formed in a substrate to define an active region, and a photodiode is formed in the active region. A floating diffusion region is formed at a position spaced apart from the photodiode, and first and second gates are overlapped with one end of the photodiode and one end of the floating diffusion region, respectively. A third gate is disposed between the first gate and the second gate and overlapped with an upper portion of the device isolation layer and a predetermined portion of the floating diffusion region. An insulating layer is formed on the resulting structure where the third gate is formed. A buried contact has a first contact and a second contact, which are sequentially stacked to pass through the insulating layer and the third gate and to connect the third gate to the floating diffusion region disposed under the third gate.
