    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave absorber of neighborhood use which is employed while being contacted with or extremely approximated to the generating source of unnecessary electromagnetic wave in a circuit.
      SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave absorber is formed of an electromagnetic wave layer 3 bonded to and sealed by an insulating substrate 1, so that the peripheral rim of the insulating substrate 1 pushes out from the end of the electromagnetic wave absorbing layer 3. In this case, the pushing width is preferable to be 0.5-1 mm. Further, the manufacturing method of electromagnetic wave absorber has the process that the electromagnetic wave layer 3 is sealed by the insulating substrate 1.
