摘要： An assembly system includes: a robot (100) adapted to grip an electronic device (1) to be mounted on a circuit board (2); a first vision system (10) configured to identify a position and a posture of the electronic device gripped by the robot; a fixing device (310) adapted to fix a plurality of circuit boards thereon; and a second vision system (20) configured to identify a position and a posture of the circuit board fixed on the fixing device, the robot is adapted to mount the gripped electronic device on the circuit board under the visual guidance of the first vision system and the second vision system, a view field of the second vision system is not capable of completely covering a surface region of all circuit boards fixed on the fixing device; the assembly system further comprises a moving mechanism adapted to move the second vision system in a first horizontal direction (X) and a second horizontal direction (Y) perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, so that the second vision system completes identification of all circuit boards on the fixing device step by step. Thereby, the robot may complete the assembly work of all circuit boards at an assembly station at a time.

摘要： An assembly system, includes: an assembly mechanism comprising a fixation device for fixing a housing and a first lead assembly mechanism and a second lead assembly mechanism provided at both sides of the fixation device, respectively, wherein the first lead assembly mechanism is adapted to insert a first lead into the housing, the second lead assembly mechanism is adapted to insert a second lead into the housing, and the first lead is inserted into the housing before the second lead. The assembly system further comprises a pressing mechanism adapted to hold the first lead inserted into the housing at a correct installation position, so as to prevent the first lead from being offset from its correct installation position and hindering operation of inserting the second lead during inserting the second lead. The assembly system may automatically complete the task of assembling the first lead and the second lead into the housing, improving the efficiency of inserting the leads into the housing, and increasing the quality of the assembly product.

摘要： An assembling apparatus adapted to assemble a case made of thin plate. The case comprises a bottom case and a top case, a latch is formed on each side wall of the bottom case, and a locking spring is formed on each side plate of the top case. When the side plates of the top case are located at a predetermined position with respect to the top wall of the top case, the lock springs are adapted to be fitted into the latches from inner sides of the latches, respectively. The assembling apparatus comprises: a base configured to position and support the bottom case; an operation mechanism adapted to hold and move the top case; and a guide device adapted to be disposed at the inner side of the latch and configured to guide the side plate to the predetermined position, so that the lock spring on the side plate of the top case is capable of being fitted into the latch. In the present invention, the guide device may automatically correct the position deviation of the side plates of the top case by guiding the side plates offset from a predetermined position to the predetermined position. As a result, the lock spring on the side plate of the top case is smoothly fitted into the latch, improving the assembly efficiency of the case made of thin plate.

摘要： An automatic calibration method for a robot system comprises providing a ball-rod member including a connection rod and a sphere connected to a first end of the connection rod, fixing an opposite second end of the connection rod to an end execution tool mounted on a flange of a robot, and controlling the robot to move a center of the sphere to a same target point in a plurality of different poses under the guidance of a vision sensor. A transformation matrix of the center of the sphere with respect to a center of the flange is calculated based on pose data of the robot at the same target point. A transformation matrix of a center of the end execution tool with respect to the center of the flange is calculated according to a formula.

摘要： The present disclosure discloses a terminal bending unit including: a frame and a bending tool pivotally mounted on the frame. A row of receiving slots is formed in a bottom surface of the bending tool, and terminals to be bent are adapted to be received and positioned in the corresponding receiving slots. The terminals received in the corresponding receiving slots are bent under press of the bending tool when the bending tool is rotated. It is only necessary to turn the bending tool to achieve bending of the terminals, thereby improving the bending efficiency of the terminals. In addition, a row of terminals may be bent simultaneously by the bending tool, which further improves terminal bending efficiency.
