摘要： The present invention relates to a method for producing lactic acid with high concentration and high yield using Lactobacillus paracasei CJLA0310 KCCM-10542 that is separated and identified from Kimchi. Lactic acid is a very important organic acid with a wide range of applications including food additive such as food preservative, condiment or acidifier, and industrial fields such as cosmetics, chemistry, metals, electronics, fabrics, dyeing textiles, and pharmaceutical industries. Particularly, lactic acid is an essential ingredient of polylactic acid, one of biodegradable plastics to replace recalcitrant non-biodegradable plastics which are main causes of environmental contamination.

A separate carbon nanotube layer is stacked on a semiconductor layer by electrophoretic deposition, or a mixed layer of carbon nanotubes and a constituent material of a semiconductor layer is formed by electrophoretic deposition, thereby preventing damage to the carbon nanotubes. A method for fabricating the photovoltaic cell is also provided. Since superior electrical conductivity of the carbon nanotubes is maintained unchanged, the photovoltaic cell exhibits improved electron transfer performance and inhibits accumulation of electrons and occurrence of recombination reactions.

摘要： Provided are a phase change memory device and a method of fabricating the same capable of maximizing a contact area of a phase change layer and a heating electrode. The memory device includes a heating electrode and a phase change layer. The heating electrode covers at least one side exposed by a pore and a portion of a surface of a lower electrode and includes a recess region. The phase change layer is stacked on the heating electrode filling up the recess region. The memory device may maximize a contact area of the phase change layer and the heating electrode, thereby greatly reducing power consumption.
