    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seal type vibration control device capable of improving the parts assembling property and lowering the cost by simplifying the structure while reducing the number of parts items without hindering the reliability on products and sealing property of the sealing liquid. SOLUTION: A cylindrical rubber member 4 for forming orifice and a diaphragm 5 are integrally formed with each other, and a partitioning member 7 is fitted in the inner periphery of the cylindrical rubber member so as to form an air chamber 8 between the diaphragm 5 and the partitioning member 7. The cylindrical rubber member 4 is pressed into a cylindrical barrel part 11 of a main body fitting l from a diaphragm side till it abuts on a bottom part 14, and an orifice 9 is formed between the cylindrical barrel part by groove parts 43 of the peripheral part of the cylindrical rubber member. A liquid chamber 6a is formed between the diaphragm 5 and a bottom part 14 of the main body fitting l, and an auxiliary fitting 31 provided in the periphery of a lower end of a vibration control board 3 is pressed into an opening of the cylindrical barrel part 11, and fixed so as to push an upper end of the cylindrical rubber member, and a liquid chamber 6b is formed between the vibration control board 3 and the partitioning member 7, and both the liquid chambers are communicated with each other by the orifice 9.

    • PURPOSE: To attempt miniaturization while maintaining a condition by which a displacement can be restrained and dealed with even for a big amplitude by enclosing in an elastic stopper a variable viscid fluid having such characteristic that viscosity is increased when a shearing speed reaches a prescribed value and returned back to an original viscosity when the shearing speed becomes the prescribed value or less. CONSTITUTION: When a relative displacement and reletive speed between a first member 1 and a second member 2 are small like an usual running time, a dilatancy liquid 4 is not solidified and a vibration-proof device acts as an usual liquid enclosed vibration-proof device. While, when the relative displacement and relative speed between the first member 1 and the second member 2 are big like an uneven road surface running time, as the deformation speed of an elastic member 3 is big and the shearing speed of the dilatancy fluid 4 exceeds a critical value at the rapid acceleration/ decceleration time, the dilatancy fluid 4 is solidified and the spring constant of the vibration-proof device becomes big extremely and the amplitude of vibration is restrained. When the relative displacement and relative speed between the first member 1 and the second member 2 become small, the solidification of the fluid 4 is released and returned back to an original vibration characteristic.

When the motion of the engine increases to increase torque reaction of the engine, the liquid sealed vibration-proof mount member 4 as well as the mount members 3, 3 bear the vibration load and function effectively against the load and high flexure vibration.

    • PURPOSE:To attenuate the torsional vibration of a pulley effectively, by forming a plurality of holes in a damper rubber at proper intervals along the circumference of the damper rubber, and communicating adjacent two holes with each other. CONSTITUTION:A ring 28 formed with holes 26 in registry with holes 24 is attached to a damper rubber 14, which is held in tight contact with a connecting portion 18 of a hub 10 together with the ring 28. The holes 24 define air chambers between an outer ring 12 and the connecting portion 18 of the hub 10 and they are communicated with each other via a passage 20. Here, since the passage 20 is covered with the ring 28, the same effect as can be obtained by forming an orifice is obtained. That is, vibration is attenuated by imparting resistance to air passing from one hole 24 to the other via the passage 20.
