      SOLUTION: The metallic mold for molding the resin molded article F having minute irregularity on the design surface Fa includes a first metallic mold M1 for molding the design surface Fa of the resin molded article F and a second metallic mold M2 for molding a rear flank Fb of the resin molded article F, wherein a restraining part forming region J, which forms a restraining part K at the rear flank Fb of the resin molded article F and restrains the restraining part K, is provided at the second metallic mold M2. The restraining part forming region J is formed so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to a contraction direction D of the resin molded article F at the time of solidifying. Further a plurality of restraining part forming regions J are concavely provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting work device and a cutting work method, which highly accurately and efficiently grooves a thin workpiece having a three-dimensional extent.
      SOLUTION: This cutting work device 10 is composed of: a moving part 2 moving along an X axis guide 1; a rotary part 3 rotating in a YZ plane; a cutting part 6 composed of a spindle 61 and an end mill 62; a linear guide 5 moving the cutting part 6 for advancing and retreating; a solenoid 7; an advancing-retreating plate 42; a storage means storing a shape and a working pattern of a workpiece; a table 8 moved in the Y axis direction by placing the workpiece; and a control means for controlling rotation of the cutting part 6 by performing any one or a plurality of controls of movement control of the moving part 2, rotation control of the rotary part 3, advance-retreat control of the cutting part 6, and movement control of the table 8. The control means controls a moving distance of the end mill 62, by always vertically controlling an attitude of the end mill 62 to a working surface of the workpiece W.
