      SOLUTION: A mold 10 having a cavity 13 formed to agree with the outline shape of the container is prepared, and fine particles of a resin material M are packed in the cavity 13. Part of the resin material M is ignited to cause an explosion, and the unignited resin material M is melted by the heat of the explosion and adhered to the inner surface of the cavity 13 by the blast of the explosion. The resin material adherent to the inner surface of the cavity 13, after being cooled, is taken out from the mold 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable tube container having a check valve, which has an anti-corrosive property for stored content, is superior in disposing process or in cost, has superior manufactural property, a positive valve opening or closing operation even if the stored content has a high viscosity and the stored content once discharged and air are not sucked into the container. SOLUTION: A check valve for preventing an inverted flow for the stored content is arranged in a port part of a plastic tube having a gas-barrier characteristic and a recovering property. The check valve has a valve member opened or closed to be moved away from or seated at a valve seat arranged at the port part. One of the disengaged or engaged surface of the valve member and counter-disengaged or engaged seat surface of the valve member is provided with an engagement member acting to prevent the valve member from coming off in relation to an inner wall of the tube. Mere pushing of the check valve into the tube does not produce any accumulation of air in the tube. When the inner pressure becomes a compressed state, the check valve is opened to enable the stored content 4 to be discharged out of the container. Removal of the check valve is prevented by the engagement member and when the pressure reduced state is attained, the check valve is closed to shield the container against the external side so as to prevent the stored content 4 or air from entering into the container. When used, the seal material 4 is removed at the time of use of the content in the tube 2 to airtightly seat the check valve 5 on the mouth part 3 and air is prevented from entering the tube 2 before the use of the content 8 without preliminarily generating the air sump and a slit 20 is closed immediately before the tube 2 is converted to a vacuum state from a pressurized state by the synergistic action of the material itself of the check valve 5 and the restoring force possessed by the shape of the check valve 5 to cut off the tube from the outside to prevent air from entering the tube.
