    • PURPOSE:To form an excellent bump without using a cutting jig by a method wherein, after a metal ball has been formed on an electrode by performing a bonding, stress concentration and the like is generated on the boundary part between the metal ball and a metal wire by operating a capillary, and the metal wire is cut off. CONSTITUTION:A capillary 3 is lowered, and a metal ball 5 is thermopress welded on the electrode 2 of a semiconductor chip 1 by performing a bonding. Then, a clamper 8 is released, the capillary 3 is moved up in the prescribed amount in the state wherein a metal wire 4 is removed, the clamper 8 is closed, the metal wire 4 is retained, and let the capillary 3 perform a reciprocator movement in parallel with the element surface of the semiconductor chip 1. Then, the clamper 8 is moved upward, upward (Z-axis direction) tensile force is given to the metal wire 4. As a result, the metal ball 5 and the metal wire 4 are cut off by the effect of the notch and the like generated at the boundary part between the metal wire 4 and the metal ball 4, and a bump 7 is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor feed water controller raised in controllability so as to stably hold reactor water level in switching pumps. SOLUTION: In the manual control system of reactor feed water controller, a pump switching administration controller 1, a correction signal generator 2, a manual setting signal generator 3, a turbine driven feed water pump (T/ DRFP)-B setter 4 and a set value monitor 5 are provided. In an automatic control system, a deviation operator 6, adders 7 and 9, an integration controller 8 and a proportional controller 10 are provided. In switching pumps when the actual discharge flow rate of T/DRFP-B15 reaches a specified value, a correction permission signal is output from the set value monitor 5 to the correction signal generator 2 and a correction signal is output from the correction signal generator 2 to the automatic control system.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce in size and weight the entire conducting apparatus and to conduct and evaluate an object even in a large current area by incorporating a large-current transformer, large-current wirings connected to the load side of the transformer and a current detector in a constant-temperature bath. CONSTITUTION: A large-current transformer 3 is contained in a constant- temperature bath 1, and an accompanying current detector 5 and large-current wirings 6 are also contained in the bath. The wirings 6 which pass the detector 5 and a sample 7 are so disposed that a load side loop length becomes shortest. Further, in order to contain the transformer 3 in the bath 1, a load dispersing plate 11 is laid, and a conducting apparatus is installed thereon. Since the transformer 3 is disposed in the bath 1 so that it is not necessary to pass the wirings 6 having large sectional area of the load side wirings via a through hole 2, the apparatus which can be applied from a small-current area to a large-current area is obtained. Further, since the wirings 6 are so disposed that the load side loop length becomes shortest, the capacity can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To measure with precision the conductor conduction current in a tubular gas insulation equipment by arranging annular insulation member between end part flanges of a tubular tank, and providing a grove part that circles around the conduction conductor in the member. CONSTITUTION:An insulation sensor holder plate 2 holds a fiber sensor 3, and is arranged concentrically around a conductor 7. The sensor 3, in the state wound around a spool 4, is stored in the groove formed on the holder plate 2, and the holder plate 2 is pressed from both sides with a metal annular intermediate plate 5 equipped with an O ring groove by a binding bolt 8. The light from a light source comes out of a light transfer fiber 11-1, and then, through a polarizer 13, becomes linear polarized light, and then, enters the sensor 3. While passing through the sensor 3, due to the magnetic field of the current flowing through the conductor 7, subjects to Faraday optical rotation, and then comes out after angular rotation. This light is made incident on a photo-detector 14, and separated into two linear polarized light, and then made incident on light emitting fibers 11-2 by binding lenses 12, for measurement of its intensity.
