摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the repair by fusion while preventing the deformation of a plastic tube due to the heat in case of repairing the plastic tube by providing a fusing heater at a central part of a plastic curved plate formed along the outer surface of the plastic tube and a peripheral part for surrounding the central part. SOLUTION: This plastic tube repairing member 10 is placed at a position for covering the damaged part 1a of a plastic tube 1, and direction is aligned so that a fusing heater 12 provided at a central part cross the torn damaged part 1a. Continuously, a power source cord is connected to each terminal 14 while wrapping a band member in the periphery thereof, and the fusing heater 12 at the central part is heated so as to fuse the only central part. In the case of using magnetic alloy fusing heaters 12, 13 by electromagnetic induction, a work coil provided with electromagnetic coils at a central part and a peripheral part is used, and high frequency power is given from a high frequency power source to the coil at the central part. The magnetic alloy heater 12 surrounded by the tube 1 and the plastic curved plate 11 is heated by this high frequency induction heating, and inner surfaces of the tube 1 and the plastic curved plate 11 are fused at a temperature near the Curie temperature.

SOLUTION: A repairing member 10 for plastic tube is arranged at a position for covering a damaged part 1a of a plastic tube 1, and one more repairing member 10 is arranged while changing its attitude symmetrically in relation to the former reinforcing member 10, and bonding lug pieces 12 of both the reinforcing members 10, 10 are overlapped with each other, and fastened by a bolt and nut 16. With this structure, the damaged part 1a of the plastic tube 1 is perfectly covered with two repairing members 10, 10. Continuously, when electricity is supplied from a connecting terminal 17 so as to heat a heater 14, plastic of a corresponding part is melted so that the periphery of the plastic tube 1 and the plastic cover materials 13, 13 are fused. The heater 14 of the repairing materials 10, 10 surrounds the whole periphery of the plastic tube 1 and while the bonding lug pieces 12 are bonded to each other by fusion, and leakage at a fused part of the damaged part 1a is thereby prevented.

Since the opening to be drilled in a curved plate 3 is an oblong hole 6, the branched flow rate can be sufficiently ensured while ensuring the adhesive area of the curved plate 3 to the main pipe by increasing the length of the major diameter of the oblong hole 6 even when the opening area of the end 8 is not less than the sectional area of the main pipe.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the detection range at a low flow speed area by providing circuits of receiving, phase comparing, pulse width counting and comparing. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave pulse signal passing through a Karman vortex street is received by an ultrasonic wave receiver 20. A receiving circuit 22 executes waveform shaping of the pulse signal received from the receiver 20 and transmits the received pulse signal RX to a phase comparing circuit 24. The circuit 24 compares a first reference pulse TX2 (40kHz) which is phase- controlled by a phase control circuit 26 with the received pulse signal RX to output a PWM signal. A pulse width double precision counting circuit 28 counts a pulse width of the PWM signal in both edges of a second reference pulse (40MHz). The output of the circuit 28 is smoothed by a digital primary circuit LPF 30 and is compared with a direct current level by a comparing circuit 34. Thereby, a pulse signal having a frequency proportional to velocity is outputted from the circuit 34.
