    • PURPOSE:To repair a defective part without damaging an interior member when the generation of the defective part on a flexible pipe laid in a wall part or under floor is detected, after the interior finishing completes, in the new construction or reconstruction of a house. CONSTITUTION:An opened port part is formed at the outside exposure part of a flexible pipe 4 laid in a house. In the first porcess, the defective part is confirmed by using the detecting equipment such as a fiber scope and a sonic length measuring device, from the opened port part. In the second process after the confirmation, a necessary quantity of liquid resin G is introduced in a plug form into the pipe on this side at the defective part by a proper means from the opened port part. In the third process after introduction, the resin plug G is blown out by a pressure difference generated before and behind the resin plug by applying the air stream having a necessary pressure by a blower 9 from the opened port part. In the blowing-out process, a portion of the resin G which flows on the inner surface of the pipe wall intrudes into the defective part and closes the part, or the inner surface of the pipe on the periphery of the defective part is applied with a resin film, and repair work is executed so that a communication state is generated in the pipe.

    • PURPOSE:To mount or remove a tool easily and quickly by providing a cam for expanding outer diameter by applying a surface pressure to a seal body when a handle is brought down horizontally toward the outside and then reducing the outer diameter of the seal body by releasing face pressure when the handle is erected. CONSTITUTION:When mounting a tool at an open tip (b) of a gas conduit (a), a handle 21 is erected to release face pressure applied on a seal body 10 and to reduce the outer diameter of the seal body 10. the seal body 10 is inserted into the gas conduit a until an upper plate 14 hits against the open tip (b), the handle 21 is rotated outward by 90 degrees, the spacing between the upper plate 14 and a lower plate 12 is narrowed by the operation of the cam face 20 and then the outer diameter of the seal body 10 is enlarged toward the outside, and then the seal body is adhered to the inner wall of the gas conduit (a). When removing the tool, the handle 21 is returned to an erected position by rotating it by 90 degrees and then the face pressure applied to the seal body 10 is released and the outer diameter of seal body 10 is reduced, thus easily and quickly attaching and detaching the seal body 10 and hence drastically reducing work time.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure that installation work is performed with safety and stability in a method of lining the inner surface of pipe using a low flow rate of air at a low pressure. CONSTITUTION:A required amount of resin liquid 2 for lining is introduced into an installed pipe 1, then a lining PIG 3 is introduced into the pipe, in a state that its moving speed is regulated by using a wire, in the back side of a direction where the resin liquid moves. Further, the resin liquid is moved by an air current sent by a blower in the pipe through the PIG to stir up the resin liquid 2 in the downstream of the PIG, so that the resin liquid sticks to the entire inner peripheral area of the pipe and is smoothly levelled off by the peripheral surface of the PIG 3. In this lining method, an intrapipe pressure at an outlet side and an inlet side of the installed pipe is adjusted so that the pressure reaches an appropriate level by a flow regulating means 7 which is composed of a pressure gauge 7a provided on a flow path 6a, opened in a lid plate 6 mounted on the outlet opening of the installed pipe for blocking the opening, and a flow control valve 5b provided on the inlet side opening 1a.

    • PURPOSE:To fit a stopper into service tees even in narrow place by arranging a rotatable tool which is rotatably inserted into a cylindrical main body from the upper side, formed into a hexagon head bolt at the head part, and formed into a hexagonal fitting part to fit into a hexagonal hole formed in the rotary shaft of the stopper at the lower end. CONSTITUTION:When a stopper is fitted to the lower end of a cylindrical main body by utilizing thread, a rotatable tool 4 is pushed by the force of a spring 7 so as to fit the hexagonal fitting part 6 of the extreme end into the hexagonal hole on the stopper side. The cylindrical main body 1 is held in this condition and inserted into service tees, the stopper is put to the inflow port of service tees so as to press the fixed flange 3 of the cylindrical main body 1, the hexagon head bolt 4 formed on the head of the rotatable tool 4 is rotated with a spanner, then the rotary shaft on the stopper side is rotated, the diameter of an elastic body is enlarged so as to make close contact with the inflow port of the service tees and close the port.
