摘要： PURPOSE:To concurrently execute advancing and injecting an injection agent by providing a back filling material injection tube on each of respective corner parts of a shield excavator equipped with a quadrangled frame body, and injecting a back filling material between a shielding tunnel and an underground space body with excavating. CONSTITUTION:An excavation mechanism of an advancing machine 2 is formed with a quadrangled frame body 2a and a cutter 3, and a back injection tube 4, injecting a back filling material such as mortar, is provided on each of corner parts 2b of a tail packing 2c of the frame body 2a. A segment 5, in which corner parts 5a are curvedly formed, is assembled while excavating a shield tunnel 1 with the advancing machine 2 to cover an inner wall, and an underground space body 6 whose corner parts 6a are curvedly formed is constructed. Then a back filling material such as mortor, etc., is injected via back injection tubes 4 arranged outside the corner parts 6a. This enables injecting the back filling material concurrently with advancing the excavating machine 2, and reducing lowering the ground surface to improve workability.

CONSTITUTION:A shield tunnel is excavated by a shield excavator 1, and their inner surface of the tunnel is covered with segments (a) to construct a preceding underground space A. The excavator 1 is then fitted into the side face of the space A through a guide plate 2 in a slidable manner and advanced to excavate a tunnel adjacently to the space A, and the tunnel is lined with the segments (a) to construct a following underground space B. A connector 4 is thrust between the spaces A and B to connect them and a filler 5 is packed into the space (m). A prestress is given to the spaces A and B and an underground structure C is constructed. A large space can thus be constructed under the ground.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge effectively excavation soil and sand in the shield chamber in an inexpensive and simple structure by conducting soil discharge from a plurality of mud discharge ports provided at the lower part of a bulkhead simultaneously or in a switch-control operation. SOLUTION: A mud delivery port 26 is formed at the upper part of a bulkhead 24 of a shield excavator main body 10 for executing excavation of a deformed cross-sectional tunnel, which is then connected to a mud delivery pipe arranged in the excavator main body 10. Also, at the lower part of the bulkhead 24, a plurality of mud discharge ports 28a-28c are formed in the lateral direction to subsequently be connected to mud discharge pipes arranged in the excavator 10 respectively. Mud discharge is implemented by the plural mud discharge ports 28a-28c through simultaneous or changeable control, thereby forming a plurality of muddy water conduit. In this manner, muddy water is stirred with ease, so that muddy water can be discharged effectively from various position in the shield chamber.
