摘要： Disclosed is a process for continuous alkylation of aromatics or their derivatives in the presence of a solid acid catalyst in a liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed system, said system comprising a liquid-solid cocurrent upflow reactor, a sedimentation washing tower for the used catalyst, a liquid-solid cocurrent upflow regenerator, a sedimentation washing tower for the regenerated catalyst, and two vortical liquid-solid separators. By regeneration of the used catalyst, continuous alkylation process is achieved in this system.

摘要： The invention is a supported or bound heteropoly acid catalyst composition, a method of making the catalyst composition and a process for the oxidation of saturated and/or unsaturated aldehydes to unsaturated carboxylic acids using the catalyst composition. The catalyst composition has a heteropoly acid component containing molybdenum, vanadium, phosphorus and cesium and support/binder having a surface area of about 0.1 m2/g to about 1.0 m2/g.The catalyst is made by dissolving compounds of the components of each of the heteropoly acid compounds in a solution, precipitating the heteropoly acid compounds, contacting the heteropoly acid compounds to form a catalyst precursor and calcining the catalyst precursor to form a heteropoly acid compound catalyst.Unsaturated aldehydes, such as methacrolein, may be oxidized in the presence of the heteropoly acid compound catalyst to produce an unsaturated carboxylic acid, such as methacrylic acid.

摘要： A catalyst for production of unsaturated aldehydes, such as methacrolein, by gas phase catalytic oxidation of olefins, such as isobutylene, contains oxides of molybdenum, bismuth, iron, cesium and, optionally, other metals. The catalyst has a certain relative amount ratio of cesium to bismuth, a certain relative amount ratio of iron to bismuth and a certain relative amount ratio of bismuth, iron, cesium and certain other metals to molybdenum and, optionally, tungsten. For a catalyst of the formula: Mo12BiaWbFecCodNieSbfCsgMghZniPjOx wherein a is 0.1 to 1.5, b is 0 to 4, c is 0.2 to 5.0, d is 0 to 9, e is 0 to 9, f is 0 to 2.0, g is from 0.4 to 1.5, h is 0 to 1.5, i is 0 to 2.0, j is 0 to 0.5 and x is determined by the valences of the other components, c:g=3.3-5.0, c:a=2.0-6.0 and (3a+3c+2d+2e+g+2h+2i)/(2×12+2b)=0.95-1.10.

摘要： Embodiments of methods and apparatuses for producing styrene are provided. The method comprises the steps of introducing ethylbenzene to a first dehydrogenation reactor containing a first high activity dehydrogenation catalyst at a first predetermined inlet temperature to form a first intermediate effluent stream that comprises styrene, ethylbenzene, and hydrogen. Oxygen is added to the first intermediate effluent stream to form a first oxygenated intermediate effluent stream. The first oxygenated intermediate effluent stream is introduced to a first oxidation-reheat dehydrogenation reactor at a second predetermined inlet temperature of about 530° C. or less to form styrene. The first oxidation-reheat dehydrogenation reactor contains a first oxidation catalyst and a second high activity dehydrogenation catalyst.

摘要： A process for making a catalyst containing oxides of molybdenum, bismuth, iron, cesium and, optionally, other metals, such as tungsten, cobalt, nickel, antimony, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, rubidium, thallium, manganese, barium, chromium, boron, sulfur, silicon, aluminum, titanium, cerium, tellurium, tin, vanadium, zirconium, lead, cadmium, copper and niobium wherein metal compounds are dissolved and then precipitated as a catalyst precursor which is calcined to form a mixed metal oxide catalyst. The process of the present invention uses an organic acid, such as acetic acid, instead of nitric acid to dissolve the bismuth compound and, optionally, other metal compounds. The catalyst synthesized by this process may be used for the production of unsaturated aldehydes, such as methacrolein, by gas phase catalytic oxidation of olefins, such as isobutylene.

摘要： The invention relates to a composition containing a catalyst suitable for producing ethylene and other C2+ hydrocarbons at high selectivity while improving both methane conversion and product yield. Particularly, the catalyst contains mixed metal oxides having at least one alkali earth metal and at least one rare earth metal along with an alkali metal promoter in the form of an alkali metal or in the form of an alkali metal tungstate. The invention further provides a method for preparing such a composition, using a calcination process to calcine the alkali metal promoters together with mixed metal oxides. Additionally, the invention further describes a process for producing C2+ hydrocarbons, using such a composition.
