    • Disclosed is a memory device for reducing leakage current generated by a bridge between a word line and a bit line when the memory device is in a waiting mode. The memory device includes: N memory cell blocks each of which includes plurality of memory cell blocks, wherein N represents a natural number; (N+1) sense amp blocks corresponding to the N memory cell blocks; 2N switching blocks connecting the N memory cell blocks to the (N+1) sense amp blocks, respectively; and N controllers for controlling the 2N switching blocks, respectively, wherein the N controllers turn off the 2N switching blocks when the memory device is in a waiting mode, and the N controllers selectively turn on the 2N switching blocks when the memory device is in an operation mode.

    • There is provided a method of recording and reproducing an optical recording medium which performs a tracking servo and a focusing servo by irradiating a laser beam onto determined positions including lands and grooves of a track of the recording medium and detecting a tracking error signal and a focusing error signal using an electric signal from an optical pickup for picking up the laser beam reflected from the recording medium. The method includes the steps of: detecting servo information in a plurality of the determined positions including lands and grooves of the track while rotating the recording medium in a state in which only the focus servo is turned on when the optical recording medium is loaded, storing the servo information of the respective determined positions as a table, and performing the servo of the corresponding positions by applying the servo information in table during an actual data recording/reproduction.

    • The present invention discloses a method for forming an element isolation film of a semiconductor device, comprising the steps of: sequentially forming a pad oxide film, a pad nitride film and a mask oxide film on a semiconductor substrate on which a first region for forming a high voltage device and a second region for forming a low voltage device or a flash memory cell are defined; etching the mask oxide film, the pad nitride film and the pad oxide film in the first region and the mask oxide film in the second region, and forming an oxide film for the high voltage device in the first region; removing the residual pad nitride film in the second region; removing the nitride film and partially removing the oxide film for the high voltage device in the first region, wherein the oxide film for the high voltage device has a third thickness; removing the residual pad oxide film in the second region; partially removing the oxide film for the high voltage device in the first region according to a cleaning process, wherein the oxide film for the high voltage device has a third thickness; and forming a tunnel oxide film over the resulting structure, wherein a gate oxide film for a high voltage device including the oxide film for the high voltage device and the tunnel oxide film is formed in the first region, and the tunnel oxide film for the low voltage device and cell is formed in the second region.
