The working layer comprises at least one continuous reinforcing wire which, in the central area of said layer, forms segments having identical angles with the longitudinal axis, said angles being measured at the points of intersection with a circumferential plane. Moreover, two adjacent segments are connected by a loop and the segments form an angle with the longitudinal axis of between 10 and 80°.
