SOLUTION: This device is constructed to have a detecting mean detecting the neutral and rear position of the main gear lever 5, an on-off controlling mean for the feed chain driving clutch, and placing the hand-feeding operation switch at the neighborhood of the drivers seat and neighborhood of the feed chain 20, linking each with the controlling circuit, setting the feed chain 20 to drive independent from the position of the main gear lever 5 when the hand- feeding switch is on, and setting the feed chain to stop when the hand-feeding switch is off and the main gear 5 is on the neutral or rear position.

A first fluid passage 76 for communicating the spool chamber 81 with the first fluid pressure 7 and a second fluid passage 77 for communicating the spool chamber 81 with the second fluid oil pressure. The spool is allowed to move toward a neutral position, one side and the other side.
