    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely partition a high/low pressure space, by adhering a first stepped part in a high/low pressure separator peripheral surface to a vessel main unit internal peripheral surface by diametric direction contraction of a vessel main unit after welding. SOLUTION: In a high/low pressure separator 4 used in a scroll compressor, a first stepped part 4e notched over a peripheral total surface is provided. This separator 4 is fixed to a frame 3 through a spacer 17, a tip end face of the stepped part 4e of the separator 4 is made in adhesion to an internal peripheral surface of a main unit by diametric contraction of a vessel main unit 9a after welding a closed vessel, a high pressure space 30 in a delivery side and a low pressure space 31 in a suction side are partitioned, to be sealed. A diametric direction contraction amount of the main unit 9a after welding is increased in accordance with approaching a closed vessel welding part 9e, so as to rationalize a position of the stepped part 4e of the separator 4, its deformation by excessive adhesion is prevented, simultaneously, a clearance between the periphery of the separator 4 and the main unit 9a can be suitably ensured by the stepped part 4e.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the rise of an oil level by a method wherein a partition plate is disposed in the upper space of a motor chamber in a shell between a first suction port and the opening part in the shell of a suction pipe and a second suction port is formed in the partition plate so that a distance between the second suction port and a crank shaft is shorter than a distance between the crank shaft and the first suction port. CONSTITUTION:In a scroll fluid machine, a motor rotor and a first balancer 104 are shrink-fitted in a crank shaft 3 to drive the oscillation scroll 2 of a compression mechanism part, lubricating oil in an oil reservoir on the bottom of a hermetically sealed container 11 is pumped up through operation of a volume type pump attached on the lower end of a crank shaft 3 to feed oil to each slide part. In this case, a fan- shaped partition plate 103 is attached to the frame 5 of the compression mechanism in a state that the outer peripheral side is adhered on the inner wall surface of the shell 11 and a gap 103a (a second suction port) is formed between the inner peripheral side and a frame boss part 5c. The inner peripheral edge part 103c of the partition plate 103 in which a second suction port 103a is formed is arranged in a position where it makes further access to the crank shaft 3 than the inner wall surface 15a of the first suction port 15.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the reverse current of refrigerant gas at what injects into a compression chamber a liquid refrigerant that is from a condensor outlet and which is guided by means of a refrigerant injection piping, by providing within a refrigerant injection hole a check valve which opens/closes through-holes against the refrigerant injection piping refrigerant injection hole within a fixed scroll. CONSTITUTION:A scroll compressor portion which is housed within a sealed container and driven by a motor portion, takes into a compression chamber 18 from a suction opening 17 refrigerant gas that has been sucked into the inside of the sealed container by the revolution of a swing scroll 14, and gradually compressed it and then, discharges it out of a discharge pipe 13. Refrigerant gas from a condensor outlet is injected into the compression chamber 18 by means of the difference of pressure through a refrigerant injection piping 28. In this instance, a refrigerant injection hole 52 provided at a fixed scroll 50 is made to be a stepped hole, and a valve seat ring 53 provided with a plurality of slits 53a closed extensively in a diameter direction, is integrally provided at the perimeter edge of the opening of its smaller diameter hole 52b. And an injection opening/closing value 54 which acts as a check valve that is contactable/ separatable against this valve seat ring 53, is provided, and energization is made upward by means of a spring 55.

CONSTITUTION:When a motor rotor 10 beings to a rotate, working fluid (refrigerant gas) is sucked from an intake pipe 16 into a shunt chamber 29 and a portion of the fluid ascends from an upper outflow port 30 through a communicating port in a shell 12 to be introduced into an intake port 3 provided in a fixed scroll. Also, another portion of the liquid flows vertically downward from a lower outflow port 31 between the outer peripheral surface of a motor stator 11 and the inner wall of the shell 12 to cool the lower coil end of the stator 11 and the whole stator 11 and then is introduced into the intake port 3 through the communicating port. Further, still another portion, after cooling the upper coil end of the stator 11 from a side outflow port 32, joins gas flowing out of the lower outflow port 31 to be introduced into the intake port 3.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively attenuate the pulsation of discharge pressure for solving the problem of vibration, noise, or the like, by providing a discharge muffler on the base plate of a fixed scroll so as to minimize the discharge pressure receiving area. CONSTITUTION:On the outside surface on the opposite side of the scroll projection 1b of a fixed scroll base plate 1a, a cylindrical part 1c surrounding the circumference of a discharge port 6 is projectedly provided. And a discharge muffler 20 having a required discharge space 21 is arranged on the base plate 1a in such a way that the opening end 20a is fitted on this cylindrical part 1c, and further it is provided so as to be fixed on the upper shell 13 side. Further, a sealing member 22 which has been formed by an elastic material having a large thermal expansion coefficient such as thermoplastic resins, and which has such a configuration and dimensions as a clearance is caused in the fitting part between the opening end 20a of the discharge muffler 20 and the fixed scroll base plate 1a in the room temperature condition at the time of compressor stoppage is interposed. Thus, the pulsation of discharge pressure can be attenuated, and further the deformation of the fixed scroll base plate 1a can be restrained.
