CONSTITUTION:Respective heat pipes are arranged so as to be superposed in the lengthwise direction thereof so that the evaporation section 1b and the condensation section 1a of respective heat pipes are neighbored to the same sections 1a, 1b of other neighboring heat pipes and are bundled with a clip band 2 to constitute a bundle 3. Clearances between mutual pipes 1 and the clearance between the pipes 1 and a casing tube 4 are filled with a heat conductive substance 5, such as liquid of water, oil or the like, gas of air or the like, solder for brazing or the like. Heat is transferred to the evaporation section 10b of the heat pipe 10, for example, from the condensation sections 11a, 12a of the high-temperature side heat pipes 11, 12, which are neighboring to the circumference of the heat pipe 10, through the side walls of the pipes 10-12 and the heat conductive substance 5. On the other hand, heat is transferred to the end surface of the evaporation section 10b from the condensation section 15a of the other high-temperature side heat pipe 15 and heat is transferred from the end surface of the condensation section 10a of the pipe 10 to the end of the evaporation section 16b of the low-temperature side heat pipe 16.
