    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home power generation system for supplying power from an inverter to predetermined home power distributing equipment when power failes in a power company side power distributing facility. SOLUTION: This home power generation system is configured of a battery such as a solar cell 1 or a fuel cell, a system cooperative inverter 3 for converting the DC output power from the battery into AC power, and a control part 14 for controlling preliminarily set home power supply parts when a commercial power to be supplied from the system stops. When the power supply from the power company 5 stops, the power supply from the inverter 3 to a system power distributing equipment 6 is stopped, and the power from the inverter 3 is supplied to the set home power supply parts.     • PURPOSE: To enhance the reliability of a piping leak detecting device for automatically detecting the presence of a gas leak in a piping in the upstream of a plurality of gas meters.
