    • PURPOSE:To adhere a fibrous sheet on the surface of a hollow body and to prevent the fibrous sheet from peeling, by forming a recess for a projected stripe in an inner side of a pinch-off part of one of the divided molds, pressing thereby a parison and a fibrous sheet when mold-clamping is done, and forming a plastic hollow body having a tightly adhered projected stripe. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic parison 12 is fed downward between divided molds 13 and 14 from an extrusion die 11 and a fibrous sheet 17 is fed downward in advance between the parison 12 and the divided mold 13. The divided molds 13 and 14 are clamped and the parison 12 is sealed and at the same time a compressed fluid is introduced in the parison 12 by means of a blowing nozzle. A hollow plate member 2 is formed by cooling and solidifying the parison and a fibrous sheet member 3 is formed by adhering the fibrous sheet 17 on the surface. A projection 5 on the circumference of the hollow plate member 2 is formed by pressing at the mold-clamping and the molten plastic is tightly penetrated in the meshes of the fibrous sheet 12, which is thereby tightly adhered. Only the fibrous sheet 17 is left on the jointed faces 19 and 22 and a flash and a rear parcel shelf are jointed. The rear parcel shelf can be obtained by cutting off the part A-A of a molded item.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a fixing structure of a boot which generates no slippage between a fixing part of the boot and a boot-installed member, and has an extremely high sealing strength. CONSTITUTION:A bellows, and fixing parts 2 sealed closely to the outer rings 10 of constant velocity joints to be the installed members to both ends of the bellows, are provided. On the outer peripheral surface of at least one side fixing part 3, a ring-form recess 6 a clamp is installed is formed. On the outer peripheral edge of the ring-form recess 6, a ring-form recessed gloove 8 is formed at almost the center in the axial direction. On the inner peripheral surface of the ring-form recess 6, a ring-form projection 9 corresponding to the ring-form recessed groove 8 is formed. The ring-form projection 9 is formed in the form contacting to a straight line B making the angle beta to a center line A orthogonal to the axial line direction 50 deg. to 65 deg.. A ring recessed groove 11 corresponding to the ring-form projection 9 is formed to the outer ring 10 of the constant velocity joint.
