CONSTITUTION: This axial flow type threshing cylinder is obtained by installing helical threshing teeth for transferring materials to be treated to the rear in a threshing cylinder body 13 and threshing the materials to be treated, providing a single-start helical threshing tooth 16 in a part 13a on the front side of the threshing cylinder body 13 and installing double-start helical threshing teeth 17 and 18 at the same leading angle as that of the helical threshing tooth 16 on the front side in a part 13b on the rear side of the threshing cylinder body 13. Furthermore, independent threshing teeth 16b are protrusively installed on the outer peripheral edge of the helical threshing tooth 16 located in the part 13a on the front side of the threshing cylinder body 13 and independent threshing teeth 17a are protrusively provided on the outer peripheral edge of either 17 connected to the helical threshing tooth 16 on the front side of the helical threshing teeth 17 and 18 located in the part 13b on the rear side of the helical threshing cylinder body 13. The other helical threshing tooth 18 is preferably formed of only a screw of a height capable of providing a radius of tip rotation nearly equal to that of the independent threshing teeth 17a.

The angle of the plate units 10 for feeding the dust on the downstream side in the transfer direction of threshed materials in the shaft center direction of the threshing drum is set at one for more permitting the transfer of the treated materials than that of the plate units 10 for feeding dust on the upstream side.

Further it is preferable that a transfer-bottom board 9 of an auger 8 is composed of a pair of perforated boards 9a, 9b one on the top of the other, and one 9b of the perforated boards is made to be slidable and fixable freely along the layering surface against the other board 9a so that the transfer-bottom board 9 is shiftable between a blind state and a perforated state.

CONSTITUTION:The vibration-grading section 7 of a threshing device 2 in a combine harvester is manufactured by disposing a roughly grading section 20 and a precisely grading section 21 and further forming an opening 22 capable of introducing a part of a grading wind into a space between the roughly grading section 20 and the precisely grading section 21 in a vibration-grading case 12. A counter shaft 23 rotation-driven with an engine disposed on the lateral side of the threshing device 2 is disposed on the route of the grading wind from a winnower 13 at a place front from the opening 22 of the vibration- grading case 12 so as to cross the wind route. A cover 24 for covering the counter shaft 23 is laterally suspended and fixed, and the cross section of the cover 24 is formed in a shape capable of guiding a part of the grading wind introduced into the opening 22 into the front part of the chaff sieve 19.

CONSTITUTION:This threshing apparatus is obtained by bisecting a chaff sieve 12 into the former half part (12A) and the latter half part (12B) respectively independently regulating the opening degree and constituting the former half part (12A) of the chaff sieve 12 so as to reduce the opening degree based on the amount of the treated material with increasing opening degree of a dust feeding valve and the latter half part (12B) of the chaff sieve 12 so as to increase the opening degree based on the amount of the treated material with increasing opening degree of the dust feeding valve in the threshing apparatus equipped with the dust feeding valve for changing the feed rate of the treated material in the threshing chamber by regulating the opening degree and the chaff sieve 12 in which the opening degree is regulated according to the amount of the treated material.
